Helpful, honest and modern unique service from Jennifer Ings at Smile Kitchens. Although we didn’t use this company we found Jennifer to be really helpful and really enjoyed the design appointment. She offered some great advice and was very patient.

We had a fantastic experience with Smile Kitchens from start to finish. We dealt with Matthew Ansaldo‑Taylor, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process.

Matthew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew the products inside out. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly helpful with every request and question we had along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his advice really helped us make the right choices.

The whole experience felt smooth and well managed thanks to his attention to detail and willingness to help wherever needed.

We would highly recommend Smile Kitchens and especially Matthew to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen and great customer service.

Jane was really accommodating when we were organising design appointments and helping us to follow up afterwards. She was really knowledgeable, practical and realistic with budget and design.

We worked with Corinne on our kitchen design and it has been a delight from start to finish! No question or minor change was too much to ask, Corinne explained everything incredibly thoroughly, and the price we got from Smile was SO MUCH more affordable that everywhere else we looked. Chloe from Smile was brilliant in helping us to design a kitchen. She listened to our initial thoughts and had great suggestions and ideas. It was great seeing a design come to life and her guidance and advice helped to shape the best way to use our kitchen space. I found Chloe great to work with, incredibly responsive and flexible.

Izzy Keziah was fantastic. Super patient and easy to work with. Gave goo practical advice and would highly recommend working with her on your kitchen project.

Jane at Smile was fabulous; so informative and helpful and full of ideas. Her kitchen design was stunning! Highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream kitchen.

Tom has been fabulous right from the very first design meeting we can’t thank him enough! Great with suggesting ideas and layouts we hadn’t thought of and really did accommodate every one of our non negotiables. Kitchen is due to arrive in two weeks time we can’t wait to share the finished result.

I worked with Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and patient and has a great sense of design. The process was so simple and straight forward, Jennifer was able to create a kitchen plan with a 3D view within the first meeting. Samples were sent out which was so straight forward. Jennifer kept in touch, explained the process fully and overall was very lovely to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone

John West has been a joy to work with, both listening and understanding our needs as well as bringing his own insight and ideas to the table. We started the process kind of clueless and we ended it with a design that we really love

From the beginning to end the whole experience of Smile Kitchens was brilliant. I'd been to see a couple of other kitchen suppliers but Smile was competitive and the whole online experience was easy, stress free and impressive. Suzie my designer was calm, open minded and always willing to work round my ideas even working with her team to see the best option of creating a secret door. Once the order was made I was allocated a support person Mark who was available all the way up to and after delivery to answer a questions from the builders we had - nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. The delivery was also excellent. We had two delivery guys who to be honest were more than that and did far more than just deliver the kitchen. They came with an envelope with lots of information for our kitchen fitter and meticulously ticked off and checked each item as it came into the house, they were extremely professional. The quality of the kitchen is superb and I am over the moon with the end result. I hadn't heard of Smile Kitchens before and only discovered them through seeing a kitchen I liked on facebook and found out where it came from. I'm glad I picked up the phone to enquire as from the moment I spoke to them it felt I made the right decision and I wasn't disappointed.

I’m an interior designer and worked really closely with Corinne from the design team, on my own kitchen plans and she was honestly amazing!! I had very specific ideas (and changed the design a lot!), but she was so patient and happy to keep reworking the design until we got it just right... I think we’re on version 12 at this point, eek.

She made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable, and that level of care and attention to detail really stood out to me. The experience as a whole is very hands on and personal and I genuinely don’t think I could have got to this point without Smile’s support. So affordable for the quality and service. I can’t wait for my kitchen to be delivered. I’m so happy with the experience so far.

Isabella was brilliant, she listened well to what I was trying to achieve within my budget, was informative about the design process and some of the benefits that Smile can offer with partners (e.g. discounts with AO etc.) was clear with what she needed in terms of measurements and photos and provided some good ideas. She sent the samples quickly (although the handles didn’t arrive) and provided the 3D design promptly. She was a pleasure to work with.

We’ve had a great experience with Smile kitchens so far, Jane has been patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our new project. We’ve been quite indecisive and she’s helped us through the process by offering ideas and making countless amends until we were 100% happy with the design. We’ve placed the order this week and excited to have our new kitchen delivered in March! ☺️

Matt was really helpful, understood our design brief and was very attentive

Jon was excellent. I had quite a detailed plan already and he had reviewed it in advance. He gave really thoughtful advice, good explanation of the products and their benefits and differences of each. The final design was amazing at helping me visualise the kitchen and he added some additional design features to really bring it to life. Jon was friendly, engaged and professional throughout. The designer - Jon - was excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the initial design process. We had some bespoke requirements and he was happy to look at alternative solutions for us. Clearly very diligent and thoughtful in how he addressed our concerns. Happy with the process so far!
