I’ve repeatedly tried to contact the dental practice by phone but have had no success getting through. This makes it impossible to cancel or rearrange appointments. Despite this, the practice still attempts to charge a £30 fee for missed appointments, which is completely unreasonable given the lack of accessibility.
I will not be paying a charge, when they are responsible!

This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If patients are expected to manage their appointments responsibly, the practice should ensure there are staff available to answer the phone.

Terrible customer service, never answer the phone. Leave a message and no one calls you back. Send a email no response to that either. Private patient… don’t sign up here!!
