Thank you Smileneo for my new smile!!! The whole process end-to-end was absolutely seamless and communication via the Smileneo app was effortless and prompt. I had a couple concerns on how my result was going to turn out, due to the impact on my tooth from my fall whilst ice skating and in the end, the result actually exceeded my expectation. I had a great experience using Smileneo's services, they were very attentive to my needs and requests and really listened to what result I wanted to achieve in the end. A couple of months into the plan, when I was not fully satisfied after my treatment was finished and had to go through a refined - Smileneo made the whole process really easy and smooth. The app feature is extremely convenient, as you can chat to a Doctor/Dentist whenever you have any questions or concerns. The dentist at the Smileneo's partner clinic was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend Smileneo to my friends!

Very pleasant experience with Smilneo. Have always been unhappy with my bottom teeth but didn't think I could afford to fix them. While looking into another clear braces option I happened upon Smilneo. Going in for scans and pictures with Dr. Ali was very easy. The staff at Al Cady was always professional and polite. The Smilneo app was easy to use each week when I had to upload progress photos. After providing my photos, I received prompt feedback if there were adjustments made to my treatment. At the end of my first box, I expressed to the staff that I wasn't satisfied with my lower teeth still. I was scheduled for a refinement scan and my treatment was extended. Now nearly at the end, I'm very happy with the result. The staff quickly responded anytime I used the chat feature on the app. I would highly recommend using Smilneo. No regrets!

I found Smileneo on Facebook and from the very beginning I have been very impressed. Their customer service is fast and efficient, no question is beyond answering and they are willing to help in any way.
After the first assessment, I was sent to Dr Ali and Al Cady Dental Centre in Abu Dhabi. I had recently had a traumatic tooth extraction, and he restored my faith in dentists! His kind manner and gentle approach was a breath of fresh air. After having photos taken and a proper in-house assessment, I received my box of aligners and my journey began. Each week I sent in photos on the convenient app and had an email response within 24hours detailing any changes in my treatment and if they were happy with my progress. If I had any questions or queries, I only had to ask on the convenient chat function and the relevant person would respond. After 19 weeks, I went to see Dr Ali again and had my final photos taken and now I have a brand new smile! For the first time since I was 9 years old I can smile without inhibition because my teeth are straight! I am very grateful to Dr Ali, Dr Sanna and all at Smileneo for their support and help to achieve the success I have experienced. This is a revolutionary, affordable option for invisible aligners and I would recommend Smileneo to ANYONE looking for a new smile.

I am genuinely happy with the results of my Smileneo aligners. I’ve never had perfect teeth, but they’ve always been “good enough”. As I’ve gotten older, my teeth had shifted and were getting more and more crooked. The idea of getting traditional braces at the age of 39 was not particularly appealing. I’m so happy that Smileneo made having invisible braces both affordable and convenient without all the to and fro to the orthodontist. Dr. Ali at Al Cady Dental in Abu Dhabi is amazing and made the whole assessment and fitting process super easy. I’ve also found the app very user friendly and the response time is very quick.
