I think some things that could help the company is a better communication through the app. Many times I went without hearing from the dentist but everything end up working out. Being an expat I was able to work with company to ensure I got everything I needed before returning home. I enjoyed the picture update and the kit and tools that came with my aligners.

The best part about my journey with Simelneo was the easy with which the entire process was. One appointment, all the details were collected, within few days my aligners were ready and my journey started. Doc explained the whole process on what to expect and how to go about it. All instructions were super simple, the trials on how to put the aligners, the after care everything.

Even the app to upload picture and simple reminders made the whole experience so personal.

Just finished my teeth alignment journey with Smileneo, which took about 9 months. The results are fantastic, and the staff made the entire process comfortable. Their customer service is definitely one for the books, from tracking the process via the app,help locating the nearest partner clinic to your convenience, email confirmations and WhatsApp communication with the doctors. I live in the UAE and I recieved my alligners from India. The consuItation really helps have an insight on how the whole process will take place and a notion on the end result. The minute my payment was approved there was no delay whatsoever on the start time of my treatment. I Opted for the treatment to address my overbite issues, which is why it took about 9 months and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. If you're considering teeth alignment, Smileneo is the way to go!

I found the whole process seamless and quick.
The dr who did my initial consultation with scans was so lovely and friendly. I have seen her mid way to check my progress and again twice for minor adjustments during my treatment plan. The Smileo orthodontists I have spoken to on the chat and on the phone have been professional and caring. When I required minor adjustments to my treatment plan they organised it swiftly. I was always kept well informed and felt in safe hand’s throughout the entire process.

I admit I was quite hesitant and skeptical when I first went to the clinic for The Smileneo. However, once the doctor made the plan and showed me how the progress should work, I was amazed. How could my teeth change position in only 3-4 months ?!
Since the price was much more reasonable than the original invisalign, I decided to give it a try... afterall, didn't have much to loose.
I started noticing changes from the second month of wearing the aligners. It pushed my teeth back and started later on straightening their position. I'm almost at the end now with the upper aligners, and after having worn them for about 20-22 hrs a day, I can say my smile is a completely different story. I am not ashamed anymore to show my teeth in pictures. They are close to what I always dreamt of and I have 90% straight teeth now (I still have one more aligner to wear until the finished results). If only I knew how easy and pain free this would be, I would have done it earlier in my life. Can't wait to wear the retainers for 1 year to retain this teeth position. I encourage you to go for it, however please please wear your trays as much as you can during day and night.

I loved new smile because i did not need to go see a doctor repeatedly in the clinic. After i got my set of braces the steps were clear and simple, i got to communicate with the doctors through the app. The team and Dr. Razan was very clear and answered all the questions i had everytime, she was very professional and i always got the response quickly.
