I paid the money and got the sets for impressions in the mail pretty quick. That was it. After a month and a half after giving impressions they tell me every week they're working on my 3D design for me to approve. It said 2 to 4 business days it's been almost 6 weeks. Just filed a discrepancy with my credit card company to cancel payment to them. We will see what happens.
PART 2 - I did a little back and forth and ended up repaying them for the product. Is a long dreadful process with interaction between somebody over emails and after I called the phone number listed that the voicemail is full about 50 times in one day I got a call back. Worked with him and on May 1st I did receive the aligners. So from February 11th to May 1st is what it took. I guess all in all I would say however long they tell you it's going to be multiply that by 5 and be very very very patient. So if they say 2 to 5 business days know it's going to be at least 10 to 25. All in all it's been a pretty poor experience but I will say the aligners seem to be pretty darn good. Im giving them three stars after this long drawn-out process.

Service so far with Smile Perfect has been great. Mike returns my emails in great time and I am very excited to see what my results will be.

Absolutely terrible service. Products were sent loose in a box with no protection. On purchase you are told you can opt for a full refund if you do not wish to continue with the process. On requesting this refund initially correspondence goes completely unanswered, even after trying multiple emails. Eventually once confirmation is received you are told up to 7 working days for the funds to be put back in your account. After 7 business days... no money. Can you get a prompt reply for an update? No. Ive now been waiting 18 business days for my refund, despite being told the funds would be in my account the next working day, a week ago.

Please go with another company.

had an excellent experience getting my retainers here. The whole process was smooth, professional, and very well explained. Mike provided outstanding customer service — he was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was organised perfectly from start to finish. The dental doctor was also fantastic, very knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
My retainers fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail from the whole team. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing retainers or dental care. Thank you again to Mike and the doctor for such great service!

So far my experience with smile perfect has been great. I had a small hiccup with my email to start with but once I fixed this issue the communication with Mike was spot on. The replies have been fast and I know exactly what is happening. I have now approved my treatment plan and look forward to receiving my aligners. I do highly recommend smile perfect. To start with I was weary of the price as other company’s are much more expensive but I have not been disappointed so far and I believe this will carry on trough my treatment.

Smile Perfect were very quick to send out the impressions kit. After returning the impressions I was sent a link to a picture showing what my teeth would look like.

Customer service keep in touch with you all the time to make sure you’re happy with the entire process. Very happy!
