I don't recommend this Company

I don't recommend this Company. They aren't honest about the actual cost to the customer of the item ordered.

I ordered an anti-chocking pump, found on Instagram. Good advertising but now unsure if the product is as good as they advertise as I haven't received it yet.
I was invoiced for $56.00AUD. My PayPal was charged $69.92AUD.

I immediately wrote to the company for an explanation and refund. I told them I would open a dispute with PayPal if they didn't refund the difference.
Their customer service responded within 24hrs saying "It may be charged 15%-40% of the order amount as Tax and Insurance fee by Payment Gateway."
They offered to pay the difference as "compensation". But said "But if the case is escalated to a formal dispute, the refund will be frozen by the platform for a long time—which could delay your refund." A subtle threat??
I've accepted the refund.

And advised them to be honest upfront with Australian Customers in the future or the ACC may be contacting them ... wishful thinking ;-)

I've had this situation before with another 'overseas' company and I sent screen shots to Smiloriaz of the original invoice & paypal invoice as proof.
FYI: PayPal were excellent at getting the difference refunded via their Dispute in other cases.
