Do not be misled by this company. They use false advertising to lure customers into buying sub-standard garments. I ordered a cashmere sweater and received a garment that was not cashmere but one that feIt felt like burlap.

When the customer wants to return an item, the return shipping and custom’s fees are so high that it is not worth returning the item. Buyer beware!

Jacket looks nothing like the photo in their Facebook ad - made of plasticky garbage and fake leather.

China company with returns impossible due to shipping costs. Sizes are way small, like 3 sizes off. Stay away from this outfit.

Complete scam. Merchandise is garbage.

Like one of the other reviewers, I also bought a sweater (before I'd read the reviews). First, I learned the company is in China (not New York.) There's no option available for canceling (as there is with most reputable companies) I tried to cancel the order the same day via email and, after a couple days, received a response that it was not possible because it was being prepared for shipment. The sweater arrived and it was poorly-made and cheap looking. It's now among my workout clothes.

Buyer beware! Company is in china not New York. They are not closing. I ordered a jacket and wanted to cancel the next day. They said I could not cancel because it was preparing for shipment. It did not ship for 2 weeks. When I received the jacket, it was poorly made. The material was thinner than my t shirt, and they sent the wrong color. The reviews on their website are fake.

I bought what I would call a 'shabby chic' jacket/blazer from these people. The Dylan. It looked soooo good in the photo.

It arrived, and showed itself to be made from the crappiest-of-the-crappiest materials imaginable. The only way it could have been less desirable is if it were made from old newspapers upon which hobo sex had been engaged.

NO amount of money . . not one near-worthless cent, could this "garment" (fish wrapping) be worth.

Requests for a refund have gone unanswered.

Let the buyer beware.

Same as everyone else here. Complete scam. Expensive $100 lesson. Will donate the clothing to charity in the hope someone in need of clothing could benefit….

CONSTRUCTION VERY BAD. SIZING ALL WRONG FOR AMERICAN MARKET, FABRICATION CHEAP POLYESTER NOT CASHMERE, IF RETURNING MUST SEND BACK TO CHINA AT CUSTOMER EXPENSE.

There is nothing true or trustworthy about this company. I generally research unknown vendors but was totally suckered by the slick website, the name and the backstory of an old trusted store going out of business. Total fiction. The product is cheap Chinese crap. The garment is very cheap material and construction. Even on "sale" it is vastly overpriced. I had followed a Facebook ad which I have since reported and have subsequently been told by Facebook they found no issue and will continue the ads. None of these companies have any shame.

Trying to return purchases made. The quality of purchases are subpar at the very least! They will not send any contact info to get my return started! Horrible company! I have never had so much trouble! THEY IGNORE EVERY EMAIL I'VE SENT!

I ordered two of the same item. Both items Dylan Vintage Jacket are a beautiful design, but the materials are low quality. They seem Halloween costumes. The company was very responsive with an offer of 5% back or return the shipment to China for about the cost of the order. I am disappointed that I fell for the scam of an actual New York clothier closing their business.

STOP! Garbage! Impersonating another store that actually closed. They are NOT.
I got the goods but they aren’t even Walmart quality. They say it ships from local warehouse but they DONT tell you returns have to be sent to CHINA! My 3 items to send back, $80! Phony phone number too. Obviously I won’t be returning them. Shame on them!

Returns are to China and are expensive. They will only refund 5% if you keep the items. Very deceitful and shameful.

As others have stated, this is a scam operation in China that sends cheap, shoddy goods instead of the product that you think you are getting. There is not a single positive review in the two months that they have been operating under the guise of being a company in New York that is going out of business, and selling merchandise at deep discount prices. If you try and return the item(s) they advise that it will cost $20-$30, plus customs fees. If you take that route, good luck getting your money back! Their only means of contact is via email, which presently goes to Smith New York "Newest Email"! Which means that after you return the goods you will not hear from them again, and they will have resold the clothing to another duped buyer. If you do ship the package back, they dissuade you from doing so, by stating that it will cost $20-$30 plus customs fees.They also advise you to state the value of the goods as $2-$3 in an attempt to also defraud the Chinese Customs Office! Actually $2-$3 is probably the true replacement value of whatever you ordered! STAY WELL AWAY!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 “cashmere” sweaters and i got garments that dont fit, with no labels and after contacting them it turns out the clothing is not cashmere, it’s polyester. Shame on me. I never even thought about checking trustpilot b/c I thought it was a legit US company that was in fact going out of business…..

Can we use a - 10? The coat I ordered wasn't even a coat. It closed with toggles through loops. And, the 'plush' lining shed onto my clothing when iI tried it on. Then, came the delay and dodge tactics on their guaranteed return/satisfaction promises. Please everyone spread the word. This company should be banned.

This company is such a scam … masquerade as a US company that is going out of business after 26 years… liars… started up in 2023… it’s a Chinese company advertising their last day sale( which the last day has been at least 40 days now if not more) say their product is high cashmere blend… as if even below standards to dollar store.. you don’t even realize you’ve sent your money to China until hit pay for purchase… no company phone number.. returns are to China at at least $30 according to them the complaints never ending… be smart and walk away!

Sneaker\Shoes is 2 or 3 sizes smaller than norm US.
Jacket is the cheap material as possible, WRONG COLOR, WRONG SIZE, I can not give it away, can't be used nor even for halloween.
Return Policy is a joke, they are asking for video and pictures of the issue while the size and quality is the problem, I just want my money back!
Shame on Facebook allowing this kind of SCAM

This company is fraud, they ship directly from China; item I purchased as "cashmere sweater" has nothing to do with cashmere, extremely poor quality and unpleasant synthetics material. When I tried to return it, they only respond to my third request with instructions to ship item to China, value it for 2-3$ to avoid custom fees, and pay 20-30$ for shipment. Such companies should be banned in US. DO NOT BUY!
