Deceitful, bait-and-switch, total scam operation. Thought I did my due diligence before ordering but obviously overlooked something. Have initiated dispute with my credit card company for fraudulent transaction. Items will be donated.

Wish I could give zero stars. My “cashmere” “sweaters” arrived from China and I wouldn’t even use them as rags. Big scam…stay away.

Ditto for everything that people have previously said. Total garbage, the product and what they project themselves to be online. Poor quality, certainly not cashmere (!!!), and ridiculously small. (I’m small, too.) First time I haven’t done my due diligence. Shame on me. And they want me to pay for a return to CHINA! I’ll donate to a clothing resale. And eat the costs.

Unfortunately, I only did my research after I placed an order. I should’ve known better – a simple Google search indicated that this company, which pretends to be a decades-old, family-run, New York based clothing business, in fact, did not exist before October/November 2024. The second clue that gave it away was the shipping information — instead of being shipped from NYC it came from China and took weeks to get here. And, after ordering, I realized that I saw the identical photo in multiple Facebook ads under multiple different brand names. The jacket that I ordered — which looked very appealing in the picture — when it arrived was literally a piece of junk. Extremely poor quality, emitting an odor like dead rats. I guess I got what I deserved because I foolishly let the price pull me in. All I can say though is that this is a pretty sophisticated scam – the website actually looks extremely professional. Facebook should have some way of flagging these scams which must be generating millions of dollars in revenue for the scammers… In addition to the dollars that Facebook is collecting.

Cheap goods. Looks nothing like the photo. No response to requests to return.

BEWARE - This is a total scam. The quality is horrible and items are not how they are represented in picture. Contact your state attorney general to report. I have.

SCAM—This has all the earmarks of a scam. Retiring? The domain was created a month ago. There is no phone number! Contact is by email only. The sale was unrealistic. Also, the Debit card could not be verified.
