I have been happy with my Smith.ai service with the exception of a few adjustments. When I needed assistance for a problem I was having with my company's service, I received a call back immediately and my problem was given the attention it needed for resolution.

From start to finish, Smith.ai has been 5000% professional. We are a law firm and had some not very happy experiences with previous call companies. (Actually made more work for us)
Smith.ai scheduled a consultation, went thoroughly through how it works and what to expect. They honored all of their promises. I honestly was waiting for the "fine print" Turns out, there isnt any. (At least in the sucker category)
We have been really happy with the service. The interface is simple and you can export the calls out in order to create contact or mailing lists. It is nice to have because you can better track leads that turn into actual clients. The attorneys have a huge weight lifted off of them. We have made a few adjustments to the script that are always welcomed within 24 hours. All in all, I absolutely value this service. I cannot imagine NOT having Smith.ai as a partner and I will continue to brag about their service to our potential partners and other legal firms even outside this review. They integrate with our legal software Mycase and we will also likely incorporate their website widget at some time as well. Bravo Smith.ai.

Smith.ai has saved so much time for me. They send very detailed call memos. They respond timely to my requests. They are very polite and professional with my clients.

Smith.ai is the best answering service I've ever used. They are prompt, polite and speak clear, American English. I love that I get an initial text from them right away, followed by a more detailed test and email shortly after. It allows me to call back the client or other caller immediately if I just missed the call.

I moved from Ruby Receptionist to Smith.ai about 2 years ago. While Smith doesn't have the platform that Ruby has, in terms of backend portal, they do have great receptionists with amazing customer service. Always getting complimented by my clients. They also don't charge for spam or solicitor calls, like Ruby used to.

I've been using Smith.ai's virtual receptionist service for more than a year and have been nothing but satisfied. Each receptionist goes above and beyond and has followed our firm instructions with excellent consistency. Having virtual receptionists has been a godsend for a solo business owner like myself. When I have to wear so many hats: lawyer, business owner, case manager, marketer, etc.., handling leads can become a serious challenge. Thanks to Smith.ai, I've been able to more than double my leads. Calls are always answered, even when I'm out of the office. The virtual receptionists have also helped me handle problem potential clients, improving the quality of clients that are funneled through the intake process.

My only regret is that I wish I would have discovered Smith.ai when I first started my legal practice years ago. I've recommended and will continue to recommend Smith.ai to other small business owners such as myself.

I can't say enough great things about Smith AI. Smith made it possible for me to begin my own law practice. When putting the initial ideas together to start my business, I couldn't figure out how I could make this work without a receptionist, which was not an option at that time.
