I want to thank you the whole time Smith.ai. After a lot of adjustment and many requirements from my side, I'm finally ready to say, "Wow! You guys did an incredible job!" I'm meticulous when comes to my company and only like to have work with the best out there.
But, I need to say how much I appreciate Tony Calvario (Senior Account Manager).
Tony is responsible for keeping me believing what Smith.ai was capable of doing for my company, all of his promises came true, and he was never afraid to be engaged and in front of all the problems that we had between the time we still tried to adjust and work in very specific details.

Above and Beyond

We were unsatisfied with our previous call center vendor, and were eager to find a replacement. I signed up reluctantly with Smith.ai but have been extremely satisfied! Saves us tons of time and the integration with Zapier is amazing. We integrate it with Asana to track phone calls that come in, assign to employees and ensure no phone call slips through the cracks!

When it comes to reviews, my business depends on earning five star reviews. That’s right, I said earn! I will tell you that for other companies to answer my phone and also take care of the chat on my website. It seemed as though that I was very excited with Smith AI because they were exactly what I’m looking for. When it came time for on boarding the questions they provided me were very professional, and I was so excited to get them on board. The day of on boarding there was a snag. I have to say that when things don’t go perfectly it’s how you handle your imperfections that defines who you are. Because my day on boarding did not go. Perfect. As I expected, Courtney stepped up and made sure that she would be a part of making sure that my on boarding was successful. As time went on there is a gentleman by the name of Angel, who also stepped up and made sure that my satisfaction and expectations were definitely met. It was worth giving them an opportunity to show who they really were by their actions. I have to say that as of today, I can’t see myself without them as part of my business. Because of them answering my phones and taking care of the web chat on my website my opportunities have tripled. To get more in depth about that I have picked up much more commercial work. Don’t hesitate to hire this company because no matter what happens, they will always make sure they provide you with a five star service. Thank you again Courtney and Angel.

Tried this company for over two years…

Tried them and have used this company for over two years, yet they were dropping the ball all the time and we lost a lot of business and a lot of clients and time so finally left and using another service this time US based agents …so do yourself a favor and spare yourself the aggravation that we have experienced; tried working it out patiently to no avail. After we switched to a different U.S. based answering service with a U.S based representatives we have not had any issues. All calls are now handled perfectly. Wished left smith sooner than we did.

It’s unfortunate that you feel this way as we’ve worked tirelessly to align your call instructions to meet your firm’s expectations, but that requires your active collaboration and cooperation.

Over the past year, our support team has met with you an average of 1 - 2 times per week to discuss your account and provide solutions when you requested changes. During these meetings, your instructions were reviewed and updated after your approval to better align with your expectations.

These constant meetings and updates also involved other Smith.ai teams to help with implementing your account changes. We also made concessions to add additional screening and intake questions at no additional cost. After many rounds of revisions, it seemed like we would be doing this endlessly and you would never settle on a single set of instructions to continue with consistently, so we eventually required that your call instructions be simplified in order to best set your firm, your callers, and our agents up for success.

During this same time, you continuously increased your disrespect when speaking with our support teams, even reacting unpleasantly in your responses to other teams involved in helping your account. On February 15th, during a call with our team, you started berating our rep about a non-relevant topic to the scheduled call, while they were providing an update on the original topic for the meeting. It came to a head when the disrespect became abusive.

Another important challenge in managing your account was you continuously ignoring our emails to approve your changes to call instructions. For obvious reasons, we’re unable to make changes to your instructions without your explicit approval. We requested you approve changes via email and not by phone only for greater transparency, but those were ignored. For as often as you have requested changes, it’s even more important for you to be active and responsive via email.

We had hoped we could continue handling calls for your firm, but working with you has been difficult and abusive to our team. We wish you the best.

My only regret is that I didn't discover Smith.ai sooner. In the last week, I've received more leads that in the previous 2 months.
