Seamless Onboarding

We are new customers but have had an amazing experience so far. The Smith.ai team is knowledgeable about their product and the product itself is very comprehensive. We receive much more information and have access via a dashboard to much more than we did with our previous answering service. Additionally, we have had great success with the reps answering our calls. As we are new, we had to figure out an appropriate call volume for our plan. Our onboarding contact Daniel was very on top of this making sure to let us know how we were trending and giving us the option to upgrade our plan to prevent overage costs. He was a wonderful resource that made our onboarding very, very easy.

Smith.Ai is AMAZING

Smith.Ai is AMAZING! Their service helps my firm run smoothly and efficiently, without being interrupted by hundreds of calls each month. Plus, they help us get vital information for case leads - minimizing the amount of time we spend qualifying a lead. They have even more services that we don't use yet (like scheduling and getting payments for your consultations). Plus, I LOVE that their messages go straight into my Case Management Software, so it's all integrated and there is no additional work on our end - except assigning the calls to the correct person on our team to handle the inquiry. Highly recommend their services if you have a law firm and want to get rid of the phone ringing constantly and want to increase your team's productivity and eliminate distractions.

they do not do their job

This is now the fourth time the company fail to make a call after telling me that they will. I have lost clients and potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars because of this company's negligence. They started off well about 5 years ago but now in the last year they make so many mistakes, and all they do is say oh they won't charge for this call. Will you just lost me potentially thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue and you're going to reimburse me about $10?

As with almost every company this company has gone too big and it did not keep up with this quality at all. Stay far away you will absolutely lose clients if you sign up with this service.

We know outbound calls to customers — and missed call summaries — can have a major impact on your business. Our records indicate that you have had an issue with four outbound callbacks that our team made to prospects interested in your services. All four of those calls were made within seven minutes of receiving them. The first within 2 minutes, the second within 1 minute, the third within 2 minutes, and the fourth within 7 minutes. Those calls all went to voicemails. As you know, we can’t control whether the prospect answers the phone or not.

We’ve discussed this with you in the past, but unfortunately, the call summaries were not sent for those callbacks. We apologize for that, and as a result of the error, we did not charge you for those four calls. Since that time, our Customer Success team has worked with you to update your call instructions and ensure call summaries are made for all outbound calls. Corrective coaching was provided to our outbound agents as well.

We've been working hard to get on the same page as you and help you understand our process here. Please know, we're dedicated to improving our service and regaining your trust.

Great receptionists

My small law firm has used Smith.ai for years. It's been great to know that someone is always answering the phone, even when we are not in the office. Smith is so good that many of our clients don't realize that the receptionist isn't in-house. The instructions are very detailed. Now that we are set up, the receptionists know everything about our business. Our conversion rates increased so much once we started using Smith, because we were missing nearly half our calls before that. Our clients are happier, and seem to trust our firm more. I totally recommend Smith for any firm that isn't big enough to have a full time receptionist.
