My daughter finds a lot of shampoos make her head itch, even ones aimed for children's sensitive scalps, so far this has not irritated her and makes her hair so dazzlingly shiny and soft, without me needing to use conditioner.

First, let me say that the product is really good! My local supermarket has stopped stocking it, so I had to go direct to you. Now, here’s the problem. As the bottles are so small, I assumed I’d find the package on my doormat. So I was surprised to find a card saying that the package was too big and also required a signature. On picking up the package, I was shocked at the size of it - the size nearly of a shoebox! The irony of your mission statement inside the lid did not escape me, as unnecessary packaging is one of the things that IS costing the earth!
I really like your products, but this is making me reluctant to order again. Hope it’s just a one-off!

My recent purchase of shampoo, conditioner and hair mask is absolutely beautiful, my hair is lovely and soft and feels amazing, my hair also feels very much thicker as I have fine hair, as always great packaging, service is great and the price of the items are really good too.

Smith England Salon in Salisbury is really lovely and modern but chic. The staff are so welcoming and very friendly. I had Jade for my balayage and Jess for my cut. I didn’t know what I wanted but both girls told me what they think and were really helpful and thoughtful. I walked out of the Salon feeling just brilliant and so pleased with the services I had received. Thank you to all at the Smith Salon, especially Jade and Jess the two hair wizards.

I am currently using Smith England shampoo and conditioner because I was asked to take part in a blind test and review their products for Good Housekeeping magazine. I was so impressed I had to buy some because it left my dry hair shiny and in such good condition I would have been a fool not to. My order was processed quickly and it arrived well packaged.

I am very pleased with the product, packaging and service. I have previously used the hair oil, it made my hair soft and supple easy to manage especially during the lockdown when hair salons were closed. I needed more oil, and thought I would give the shampoo and conditioner a try, and was amazed at the results. The delivery was super fast and thank you, I will definitely recommend this product to friends and family

Best cruelty free shampoo and conditioner I've ever used. My hair is usually dry and course but this has transformed it making it super soft. Doesn't smell artificial either. Amazing stuff.
