Robert was a great installer and very informative. (very polite)

Chris did an awesome job very knowledgeable and explain in detail how the system worked and made sure I was comfortable with everything before the job was completed.

My technican has superior communication skills from entry to exit. His manners were exceptional, his demeanor was outstanding representative of you company. He is a seasoned expert and did an impressive job, I have done wireless celluar telephone inspections for at&t, Sprint and T-mobile. He is an asset that you should retain because he satified me and I'm sure he could satisfy and of the customers. On his exit, everything was understood and fully 100% operational. My thanks are to Jason to his continued fine customer service.

Our tech was on time, gave an hour notice before he came to the office, was able to come to the office right away to place the equipment and polite throughout the time in our office. We were completely satisfied with our experience.

Our tech Robert was punctual, called ahead of arrival. He went above and beyond to mount our service where we wanted in our home. If our monitoring service experience is as good as our installation and training service has been; it will be Great! Smooth, informative installation process. House has a lot of windows, but they were all covered thanks to the various offers at no extra charge. Installer was patient, courteous, and friendly with my mother-in-law who struggles a little with technology. I was pleased with the results.

We had an outdated Brinks system being monitored by a Smith competitor. We did research and after much negotiation, retained the service of Smith Monitoring. Our installation was flawless, no problems. We thank Mark for his assistance!!!

Would reccomend to anyone wanting a home security unit !

This review is for Jesse Jimenez and Jose Perez who have just left my home. They were here to add a wireless monitoring system and add a new keypad.Little did they know what challenges they would be up against. First we are in a 2 story home which leaves very little attic space and second they were working with a 15 year old DSC wired system. Any one else, I believe ,would have just told me that it was impossible to add the second pin pad because of the difficulty. They instead took this as a challenge and worked diligently to do anything possible to satisfy me as a customer. It was hot and hard to get to but they kept on working until the job was completed. Then after they got the pin pad installed, the old DSC system would not allow them to sync the keypad. They then said they would have to replace the board in the unit to make it work.. I checked with my Customer service rep Carmen Cox who got the board approved for a very fair price. Besides all this I also had a zone which was totally off which new sensors could not fix. I then called Carmen once again who got the wireless contacts approved for each of the 3 windows. In no time Jesse and Jose got this problem corrected. In closing I am a very satisfied customer who has never seen such teamwork as was needed to complete my installation. Even though everything about the install was difficult, they continued with a very friendly and positive attitude until all was completed and my wife and I had a complete understanding of how everything operated.

Much thanks and praise goes out to the technicians Jesse and Jose as well as Carmen for helping this all come together. Everyone's help and teamwork was greatly appreciated and speaks very highly of your company. I usually don't go to the trouble of sending a letter but wanted you to know how lucky you are to have such hardworking and diligent employees representing you and your company.

Mark is a very professional person who showed me all of the alarm systems functionalities. He also took the time out to explain and help me program the system to my specifications.
