Mark met us on Saturday 2/27 to install a security system for my Mother-In-Law, Melma Angel. He called us ahead to let us know what time to expect him, which he arrived early and prepared. My wife and I felt immediately secure with the information that we were provided. Being current Smith Monitoring customers (since 2012), we were very aware of Smith's reputation for quality and customer service. Mark walked us through the details of the alarm system so comfortably that my 93 year old mother-in-law could understand. Mark made her feel that he was doing the install for one of his own family members. After installation and training on the new system, Mark even walked the perimeter of the house to suggest areas for the yard signs, and made sure that we had no concerns or issues before he left. We are planning on referring Smith Monitoring and Mark Kasson to everyone that we know in the market for a new or retrofit alarm.

Today's service was absolutely excellent! Jesse Jimenez went above & beyond installing the equipment & walk me through every step in using & setting up my service. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with any technician like Jesse before! :) My service is running smoothly & I now know that my home is safe & secure! David Lee was our technician and was very professional. He notified he was on his way, arrived on time, explained the whole process very clearly, did a great install and cleaned up after himself. Process to learn the system and setup the online application. Completely satisfied with the whole experience.

I initially contacted Smith Security to shop for prices. I was really impressed with there customer service I received from Bambo! He answered all my questions and was able o set up service within a few days. Dawn and Daniel came to set up my system and were very professional and amicable. I would definitely recommend this company!

I needed monitoring to my existing home alarm system. I visited their website and then called. The sales rep, Taylor Wood was very friendly and courteous. I had reservations from other companies that I had called before where they told me that my system was too old and that I need to get a new one. Smith Monitoring had no problems in providing service with minimum upgrade of three keypads and the mother board at a very affordable cost included in the monitoring price which save me almost 50 percent of my previous monitoring company. This also included a very nice maintenance agreement. Dawn and Daniel were very professional and to the point, They worked very efficiently without sales pitches and clear in their explanations. As far as transferring monitoring services from one company to another they are very good. Maybe one day I'll upgrade to one of their newer and better system. Only time will tell their true performance but for now I like it.

By the way the Smithmonitoringreviewssanantonio.com did not work. I had to find the Trust Pilot Website and from there I was able to provide my feedback. It was the least I could do for them after such a display of professionalism. They made it look very easy to do the transfer. Thank you Dawn and Daniel. Most appreciative.

I called Smith monitoring to get my current system evaluated. I made an appointment for technician to come out. Daniel & Dawn were great but there was miscommunication and I wasn't aware they scheduled me for installing the system. I thought it was just a review. Almost aborted the whole thing but Daniel and Brian made concessions
