I miss but being able to walk into the office to pickup the coffee and chat with the friendly staff but ordering online is almost as convenient.

The box always turns up on time and never with the wrong items.

My only criticism is the plastic packing. Please can you look to replace the bubble wrap with something more sustainable.

You said the Mexican decaf (water processed) was good and I agree. Delicious. Thank-you

Very tasty , fruity and smooth. My kids loved the smell of the fresh coffee in bag. Only problem is in running out again

Disappointing order: 1large flavoured coffee tasted like mold and when I emailed request for refund/replacement nobody relied...
I would not order from this company again.

Have ordered from Smiths for the first time and I am happy with the experience. It was easy to find what I wanted on the website with an excellent choice of grind options and pack sizes. Prices are competitive and delivery costs are reasonable. Delivery time was good and most importantly of all the coffee is delicious. Will be ordering again soon.

Coffee is excellent, website easy to use. Only one small point, there is no communication as to when order has been despatched.

Thank you for the wonderful coffee. Your flavored variety is in my opinion the best on the market, my favourites being the Creme Brulee and Tiramisu ones. The staff was helpful and responded quicly and the shipping was also fast. Will certainly buy again.

I switched to Smiths quite a while ago now, in my efforts to find consistently good quality coffee and lovely blends.
Their delivery is always prompt.
I have now got a few favourites which I buy on a regular basis. Their hot chocolate is lovely.
They are my go to now. Highly recommended!
Their customer service is also spot on. The one time a parcel was damaged in the parcel depot and was undeliverable, I had a replacement the next day.

Incredible tasting (and smelling) flavoured coffee! Best coffee I’ve had in a long time! Bought the parents a bag of salted caramel ground coffee for Christmas and before I knew it I was sharing it with them and the coffee was gone! Oops! Just recently purchased Vanilla flavour, and I could sit and smell it all day! Now I have about 2/3 cups of it a day, it’s soooooo good! Highly recommend 10/10!
