Terrible customer service.
This company is also known as Smittybilt makes auto accessories. AIthough I did not buy directly from them, it is their product and their 1 800 number written in on the instructions, to call, if you have any missing parts.
I had missing parts and so I called them. For a customer service department that is supposed to help customers that have missing parts, I got two pretty nasty guys. They were unapologetic and failed to show any understanding. They were very antagonizing, blaming, and argumentative. They knew exactly what the problem was as soon as I mentioned the product. They then went to work to try to discredit my reason for calling in. Really not cool.
Although Trust Pilot does not have any reviews at the time of writing this, I checked them at the Better Business Bureau. They have a low rating with many complaints against them.
I am now the owner of a product with missing parts, unusable and costly to return. I advise you to check the BBB before you decide to buy any of their products. Cheers
