I love my Jeffy so much the day I went home, tired from school and seen his box sitting on the couch, I couldn't be more happy, I rushed to my room and opened it. I was the happiest man alive

I got a Jeffy puppet and his really fun to play with and I made lots of friends with him

There's this website which sells Jeffy that looks very identical to the original, the website also sells Jeffy's mom and more sml related puppets but there more expensive then the ones on sml.merch, they also sell other puppets plus custom puppets, the website is called evelinka puppets

It came just in time for christmas. The quality of the puppets and the piano are amazing. The look on my son's face was priceless.

It was great i ordered Jeffy in July of last year he is AWSOME and today my Marvin and rose just arrived basically all I’m saying is whoever is reading this I think you should buy more puppets

The products take longer than expected to arrive but after a few reassuring emails the santa sacks arrived and are beautiful

The puppets seem to be in good quality, however the shipping company they use is ridiculous. It takes weeks to get the item and the tracking isn’t great. It clearly comes from China which is why it takes so long but I had a product not come that I had ordered and it said I had to call the shipping company which is a foreign number and no one answered. To me that is unacceptable when I paid a lot of money for the products. I am not sure I would order again unless they do something about shipping.

I've ordered from this page, wuite a few times already. My son LOVES these puppets, so ofc. we had to visit them. We live in Denmark, so ofc. there would be a bit of time, before the package would arrive. All my orders came, within three weeks. Now thats amazing. throughout everything, Venessa from customer service was such a big help and gave the best customer service ever. What a girl!!! <3
Besides that. The puppets are amazing .They are well made and gives my son ( well and me ) hours of fun!!!
If I must say one bad thing ... We cant visit a store in Denmark, since there are none :D But then again, the website are easy to use and the prices are fine..

Was not sure when asked by my son what he wanted for his birthday, looked into SML, placed the order. Took approximately 2.5 weeks to
Australia. He couldn’t be happier, good quality product, will order again

I ordered The Jeffy piano / 3 puppets / 2 x puppet rods.
I received the puppets in two different packages,1 in a box and 2 in a bag but I was missing the puppet rods. It was on a Thursday so I thought maybe there was a delay, So I Contacted customer support on Tuesday, 5 days later and they told me I had to provide a photo of the items and the packaging and the labels it came in. Well, I threw the packaging away cause it's trash? it was wet and smelled bad upon delivery. what more can I say haha. Well, I never got a response back. seriously? It cost $10 for the rods. is that really a big deal? You made a mistake so correct it and move on!! Never will I buy from them again!!

This is such a good website especially for sml fans like my son this was actually worth buying puppets for my son he was amazed and enjoyed it

Fast shipping, amazing quality in puppets, and overall I would rate the experience on SML Merch a 5/5 stars

I got the Jeffy Puppet and i loved it. Turned out exactly how i wanted it to. The shipping took a bit longer though.

Great customer service!!! Really took the time to respond quickly!! My grandson lived his blanket and plush!!!
