I watched all of your videos and I'm pretty a big fan so I decided to go to your website to get the Jeffy puppet and it's actually in good quality and hopefully in the future I might make SML parodies but anyways jeffy's great

I have 2 jeffy puppets, the Jr, Cody, and Joseph puppets also the thicc jeffy plush. I love them all and they have the greatest quality I think they are all very worth it. I think they are a very good gift to any boy or girl since I got most of mine for Christmas,

Purchased Junior Puppet after already receiving Jeffy puppet. Again, seamless delivery to Australia and again within a week, couldn’t believe how fast it was. We absolutely love Junior - just as much as Jeffy. Highly recommend buying from SML

Stay away from this company. Spent nearly £100 on a puppet that I'd never received. Customer services ignore my request for help and won't even try to resolve this matter. They DON'T respond to any of my emails. I've now have a very upset child. Company rather take your money and don't care about their customers.
AVOID AND PYRCHASE FROM A UK COMPANY. At least your guarantee better quality customer services.

They don't tell you this ships from China bought the cody puppet for my sons birthday which is in 2 weeks now and won't even get here in time ordered on December 25th and the tracking just shows they created the label in China. Ridiculous you should show on your site that your products are coming from china.

So mad with this company! My kids love sml I’ve spent so much money on puppets over the last 2 years for my son, I ordered £160 worth of puppets in plenty of time for Xmas the same day my friend ordered his came today but mine seems to be lost the tracking number I’ve been given isn’t even valid no one reply’s to my emails there’s no number to call anyone it’s a scam they quick enough to take my money but no ones seems to Care that my order is missing! My sons going to be devastated his autistic so he don’t understand why they ain’t going to be here in time for Xmas never buying from here again easier to buy over priced puppets on eBay uk

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. I ORDERED THE JEFFY PUPPET OVER TWO WEEKS AGO FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD'S BIRTHDAY. HE HAS BEEN SO EXCITED TO RECEIVE THIS BUT IS NOW TOTALLY HEARTBROKEN. IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING MY ORDER, THE 80 PLUS DOLLARS I SPENT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. i NEVER RECIEVED AN EMAIL WITH AN ORDER # OR SHIPPING INFO. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. THEY SEND YOU AROUND IN CIRCLES AND ITS HONESTLY SO AGGREVATING I AM LITERALLY SHAKING. I EMAILED THEM REGARDING THIS MATTER, AND RECEIVED WHAT SEEMED LIKE AN AUTO RESPONSE "WE WILL PASS YOUR MESSAGE ALONG"

Totally worth your money. Although they might be very expensive, and shipping does take some time, They're a good birthday or holiday gift for somebody, and they're really fun to play with. Will indeed, order again.

I bought the PJ Crenshaw puppet, and it arrived 13 days later and I was so happy to have him! Planning on getting the jeffy one soon! Lance, Logan, and the whole SML crew are amazing! I can 100% guarantee I will buy from the site again!

Puppets are well made and my Grandson loves them. I was under the impression that they were coming from Canada but when I saw the tracking I realized that they come from China and it takes weeks to get them. Also the tracking is very unclear and doesn’t say where the package is.

Wow! Great customer service and great quality items. I don’t typically buy from smaller vendors. So happy. Logan and Lance made a great selection! Will buy again. My nephew loves this merchandise. Back pack was great as was the jeffy puppet!

Ordered Jeffy puppet & puppet rods on November 30. Jeffy arrived with no problem. However, rods did not arrive until January 3 - much too late for gifting with the puppet. When I requested return & refund, I was told not possible after order has been shipped. So BEWARE SML's RETURN POLICY WHEN PLACING ORDER if you need it by a specific date or occasion.

Product was ordered 12/8. Says it should be arriving by 12/24. Today is 12/28 and I'm still waiting. I understand during the pandemic shipping isn't what it used to be but when my son ordered the product it said 2-3 days.

I do not like leaving bad reviews.. most the time i review to leave positive feed back.. but in this situation 😕 my son did not recieve his puppet we had ordered in august. I contacted sml merch store . They replied with they didnt recognize the email address. While i had proof of purchase and tranaction verification.. totally disappointed SML. BECAUSE WE ALL REALLY LIKED JEFFY.. NOT ANYMORE. AND IF YOU KEEP DOING THIS YOU WILL LOSE FANS.

I bought a Jeffy puppet last year, and I ordered a Marvin puppet a few weeks ago. Both times, after I made the purchases, using my banks visa debit card, a few weeks later, my bank card showed fraudulent unauthorized charges. I was only about 50% sure this was due to my SML purchase the 1st time it happened but now that its happened again with my 2nd purchase I'm fairly certain the SML website is to blame. Its either not secure and easily being hacked or they are thieves themselves. As far as my actual purchase itself, it took about 3 months for Jeffy to arrive so I expect Marvin will take forever too but I expect he will arrive eventually. They are good quality puppets but something needs to be done to protect customers information and stop this hacking and fraudulent charges.

Can't complain at this company ordered a jeffy puppet received within a good time frame (especially considering the shortage of delivery drivers) packaged well and can't find no fault with the puppet, I received updates on my order and tracking information and followed the parcel. My son is going to love Jeffy.

I ordered a Jeffy puppet for a gift for my son who LOVES SML. The puppet came faster than expected, well wrapped and I’m happy with my purchase. I was worried when I read the other reviews but we had ZERO issues with shipping. I’m holding on to this to give my son for Christmas.
