I can honestly say I would give no stars if possible.
All responses to emails are automated, I cancelled within 2 hours of ordering after reading reviews on here and received an automated response. Nothing else.
Order has arrived today, this was ordered on 14th March.
What we have received is ridiculous, just a piece of tube basically, no use whatsoever and not at all as advertised! No guide, only a small plastic bag as packaging and the item is nothing but useless!
Save your money, total rip off!!

Absolute liars and thieves.kept getting the same b#@4sg-+ as everybody else in here.Repeatedley getting emails about understandings my frustration, absolute joke.Having told me my item was out for delivery,I checked tracking and wasn't even Despatched.Have just offered me a 60% refund to which I declined and proceeded to contact the small claims court, Contact number invalid, absolute fraudsters 🤬

What a waste of time and money! I'm convinced this is a SCAM. I waited 3 weeks for my delivery and when it arrived I couldn't believe my eyes. For starters, the air/ sea freight label from china was covered up by an Evri label, so much for it being made in the UK by a family run business. The actual product can in a plastic bag and didn't come with the box and leaflet as the photos show. I literally found the same exact item on Temu for £0.99! The registered address in Scotland doesn't exist, red flag?! Customer service seems to be done from France? I've request a refund via PayPal. Please please don't waste your money, just got to Temu/ Amazon/ eBay instead.

Don't waste your money . It comes as a crappy bit of silver plated pipe perhaps worth pennies chucked onto a necklace chain in a plastic bag . It's hardly the scientific marvel they boast. After a dispute they only gave me a partial refund , hardly the money back guarantee they'd have you think. Complete con

Waited a while for it to arrive. Paid £20 for a load of rubbish. How they justify the price is totally beyond me.

If I had seen the reviews prior to purchase I would never have bought one...total waste of money, and I bought one for a friend too,so total idiot here...

It took just over 4 weeks to arrive, when I kept asking for a refund they fobbed me off. Finally arrived, no resistance at all, it's literally a whistle with no noise. Complete waste of money.

This is a real scam.The same one you can get from ebay for 2.99£. It looks like it came straight from China. You have to wait a month for the shipment and the item comes without a box, just in a plastic bag. They delete comments on Facebook.

Please take note of all other reviews on smocare here. They are a scam company. DO NOT BUY! I requested a refund a few hours of purchase after reading the reviews on trustpilot and within a minute they sent me an email saying item shipped. Please save your hard earned money.

I ordered it and then 10 minutes later I tried to cancel the order. After 2 days they responded to my email saying that it cannot be cancelled as it was shipped.
20 days later, still hasn't arrived. I emailed them so many times asking for a refund, they keep saying that they couldn't cancel my order and that the order will arrive, but they don't know when! Avoid!!!!!

They are a SCAM company, avoid at all costs
Order took nearly a month to arrive and when it did it’s nothing like advertised, just a cheap metal tube, no air resistance. Not even bothered contacting the company as I don’t fancy my chances of a refund. Can’t believe they’re allowed to advertise on Facebook, sadly too many scammers get away with these days
Save your money and get a plastic straw, same effect

Took much longer to arrive than it should have but got here in the end. It did look a little underwhelming but I’ve given it a try and it’s not bad at all. I would just like to say to those saying there’s no resistance when you suck on it - there is not supposed to be, if you read the write up you will see that you are supposed to breath in through your nose and blow out through the pipe. Surprisingly effective, will keep on with it and see how it goes.

They say the is a 30 day refund but only if it's in the original packaging which is a cheap tiny plastic pouch which has to be ripped open to get to the product so it can't be sent back in it's packaging

Seen the ad. Seen the good reviews. Paid with PayPal. Meant to be a UK company with 48 hour delivery. Took 3 weeks and numerous complaints and then the normal Chinese package arrived in the post. Absolutely useless. No resistance. Just a pipe on a chain. Absolute tat. I have asked for a refund. Then some condescending idiot called Caroline who must be the only person that works there kept sending me advice. I kept asking for a refund. I've opened a claim with PayPal. Smocare then offered me 60% refund. I told them that as they were meant to be a UK company they'd know my rights are protected as a consumer and I'm entitled to 100% refund as item is not as described and substandard. Also no manual received. Not sure why anyone needs a manual to suck through a bloody pipe mind! Now they're ignoring me and ignoring PayPal. Who i hope will refund my money. Ignore at all costs. Hate scammers!

Ordered 5th march, dispatch email sent pretty much straight away and still nothing! Emails saying sorry for the delay etc offering half price off the next item. I’ve asked them numerous times for a refund and they ask me to be patient! Don’t bother wasting your money, I’m going to contact my bank!

Paid for this on the 10th. Have had emails saying it's dispatched. Then others saying sorry its late. Today had another one offering another item half price with a promo code. Still no item. Have opened a dispute with PayPal.
Item finally arrived and it's a small pipe in a cheap plastic bag! Not fit for purpose!!

I got a refund today from PayPal. Make sure you have proof that you asked this company for their return address.
