Smocare 

Please beware this is a fraudulent company, They are a scam, the item is advertised in a box nicely package but in reality it comes in a little plastic bag, I have opened a dispute via paypal but due to not getting back to them in time they have closed the claim i shall now go to the ombudsman’s and file a complaint, and due to all these reviews we can take this company to court. I will now open a dispute via my bank. If i dont receive my refund.

Waited weeks, funnily enough put a refund request in via PayPal, received the smocare very next day! As others said a complete waste of money, cheap tacky chain with a piece of shaped pipe, no resistance at all.

Scam company. Ordered 5th Feb & has not arrived. Opened a dispute with PayPal, no response from the company, so have escalated the claim. Avoid at all costs.

Been waiting for 2wks and recieved nothing, just messages stating how sorry for delay, then hard faced enough to offer me another at half price as an apology, even though i havent recieved the first one, why are people allowed to get away with this, its daylight robbery

Awful product and terrible late delivery do not waste your money !!! It does not have resistance and delivery took 19 days from a supposedly Uk company it’s all lies and customer service is useless

Absolutely useless no resistance whatsoever. Suck on a straw and save your money. I left a review on the Facebook advert . Strangely enough I was blocked shortly after.
Same as the others came in a bubble bag. £3 dog whistle is the same but without the sound Total scammers wasted £23

Complete waste of money. It's nothing like what was advertised, no resistance air flow.

Delayed. Ordered a month ago. Just arrived no actual resistance it's just a metal tube that came in some bubble wrap.

Don't buy.

Delivery took ages .once got paypall involved was here in a few days .. once recieved basically a tube don't waste your money cut a straw in half will have same effect .WASTE OF MONEY

Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing! If only I had read the reviews on TrustPilot before ordering from this Company. How they get away with advertising on FaceBook is beyond me. I will be taking my complaint up with Paypal which is how I paid for this product. The Company constantly lies about the status of the delivery and constantly "play for time". They advised that I had used an e-mail address that I know to be non functional i.e. the email address in question became non functional nearly 8 years ago. I'm baffled as to how the Company has that information as I've never ordered from them before and yet they are adamant that I used that e-mail address to place my order. Now why on earth would I do that and if I did, how did this Company manage to send confirmation of my order to my correct e-mail address. The whole thing seems like a scam to me which can be confirmed by all the other dissatisfied customers who have put reviews on TrustPilot. Potential Customers - be warned don't give this Company anymore business. I think they've duped a lot a of people. I'm now waiting for a product which according to other reviewers, is going to be absolutely useless. What a waste of money. I am determined to get a refund.

Complete rubbish from china took ages to come SAVE YOUR MONEY

*UPDATE - after some emails to the company, a full refund was issued*

A complete waste of money! My parcel was delayed and although I was informed of the delays, they offered me codes for discounts on future purchases. When the parcel did arrive, there was no packaging whatsoever and it was obvious that the items had come from a Temu style company. I had purchased as a gift and I was extremely disappointed. I have been in touch with customer service but no reply as yet…

Ordered on 2 weeks ago, still not delivered, sent 2 emails but no reply. Don’t order from them or you will just lose your money

Absolutely garbage it’s simply a metal tube with a smaller mouthpiece’s, how do they get away with such false advertising
Lesson learned

Utter waste of money. You can do the same with a metal straw. Then when you want to return it they suddenly stop replying

Smocare is advertised as a product that mimics the same airflow resistance as a cigarette. In reality it offers absolutely no resistance and is nothing other than a short metal tube. Might as well use a Biro tube or a metal straw.
When I left a negative review on their Facebook page, I was blocked within minutes.
I entered their UK address into Google maps - the location shows as a junction on a country road with no buildings in sight.
I entered the name of the CEO named on their website - no digital footprint other than their own website.
Do not purchase anything from Smocare.

Ordered mine on 02/03 and keep getting told its on its way, been a couple of weeks now so not very confident that im getting anything at all

Been waiting 3 weeks, was told a delivery date which has long gone.
I’ve asked for a refund on numerous occasions which is just being ignored.
I sent them a message on messenger to ask for a refund and they blocked me.
I would advise anyone to avoid this product/company. Like the product the customer service is non existent.
