Today I visited Smoke and Bones
Today I visited Smoke and Bones, and wow, the food was incredible! The burger was juicy and full of flavor – I had the Burger with the small rib pieces, and it was amazing. The fries were crispy and crinkled, the rib was tender and the brisket was perfect and the sauces were a great touch. The staff was super friendly and made the experience even better. If you love burgers and ribs, definitely check this place out. I’ll be back for sure!

Nice enough but wouldn’t go again
We had food from smoke and bones when they had a pop up food stand at a local brewery. We had to wait quite a while as they turned up late and then even though you were asked to prebook it was actually queue and be served. The food was nice but somewhat underwhelming especially after the wait. Mac and cheese bites and fries were from out a packet which was a bit disappointing. Not sure American bbq translates well to a food truck style service.

Originally ordered a one-off brisket & burnt-ends at home and loved it so much that I’ve been a dedicated subscriber to the monthly box for 9 months now. Love what they have coming up for the rest of the year! Great service, great flavours, great portions, great price. Very pleased to see this duo do well through the pandemic by pivoting to a home delivery system and now securing a place at Kerb’s Seven Dials foodhall! Can’t wait to visit them in person! Their burnt ends & Mac n cheese are amazing!

Straightforward ordering process and very easy to follow reheat / prep instructions.
But the real deal is the meat is so good! The variety boxes are well put together too.

Amazing brisket and great service.
I ordered the brisket delivery for a birthday meal and it was even better than the pictures made it look. I contacted smoke&bones after placing my order to see if it could be sent out in time for my husbands birthday rather than on the fixed delivery day. The communication was quick, effective and my brisket arrived on time. It was well packaged, and the instructions that came with it were clear.
It was incredibly easy to heat up perfectly and the meat was tender, cut and ate beautifully. Was utterly scrumptious! Just writing this review and thinking back to the brisket is making my mouth water and I’m waiting to be able to have some again.
100% recommend!

Good food poor service
Pre-ordered food, turned up and it was an order and be served situation. Waited 40 minutes and got queue jumped. Good food not necessarily worth the hassle. Wouldn't use again. Bookham, UK
