Heard a lot about smoking meats lately and was recommended this place by a friend. Online order was placed, email responses received and text messages throughout until I received my order which was a generous serving. Email with instructions on how to use - so to receive quality food prompt and from a smokehouse in London to me in Preston v impressive. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable food and such warm, wonderful customer service. It wasn’t just the 10/10 heavenly brisket that kept us going back week after week, it was how friendly and kind the service was. They’d always go above and beyond to help us out no matter what and respond to us in such a timely manner. I can’t even describe to you how beautiful the brisket is. I’ve never tasted anything as perfect. They had to pause deliveries for a while and I couldn’t get my brisket fix for weeks, let’s just say I was having some crazy withdrawals. Amazing food. I have literally no issue spending my life savings on it and I’m not ashamed to admit that.

Smoke&Bones brisket is hands down the best I've tried. I am a meat lover and have tried bbq from everywhere (USA included). All the dishes I tried from Smoke&Bones were amazing (have tried ribs, chicken, and jackfruit sandwiches from their street food stall).

I really missed having it during lockdown, but luckily I found out that they deliver! I was able to order brisket and ribs online and delivery was perfect. The website had instructions on how to reheat the meat correctly which I found really useful...it came out just as perfect as how I get them from their stall.

Amazing and halal! After watching so many YouTube videos online and seeing the amazing bbq food in the US I've always wanted to try it but never found a place in the UK that does halal American bbq. This is finally the place, great quality food cooked with love, care and attention!

It's been a relief to be able to get this level of quality food delivered to the doorstep.

I have now tried everything on the menu and can honestly say I have never been dissatisfied. If you aren't sure you can always try the variety box. My favourites are the beef ribs and pastrami they should be given legendary status !!

I have tried other places that do similar types of food but they don't come anywhere close when it comes to value for money and taste.

I stumbled across Smoke and Bones online after searching for a fully halal smokehouse.
I was taken aback with the variety of the menu and have seen them develop their food and branding.
The Brisket is always cooked perfectly and served with a smile. They have recently started selling pastrami which I received at home during lockdown! Give them a go. You won't be disappointed

Stumbles across their food stall at Londons Westfield during the winter season and the menu had me drooling. So I tried their Brisket Burger and it was amazing! Got speaking and found that they do a vacuum packed delivery service which came in handy during the lockdown! Great service!

Highly recommended...amazing food and have not stopped ordering. Juicy and succulent brisket with an amazing after taste, just leaves you wanting more. Do not hesitate to order...you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service, easy to order and a great product. I ordered my first one a while back and it was absolutely stunning. Since then I have ordered a few more, it’s the centre piece when I have people over to eat.

The customer service has always been amazing - they helped me track my order and once when something went wrong- they made it right - no questions asked. After that experience I knew that these guys are in it for the love of food and delighting customers. It’s also the reason I recommend them to everyone I know! Keep smoking those bones!
