Great customer service
Great customer service, they contacted me to say one of my items was out of stock and would I be happy with an alternative. Which I thought was helpful, as they took the time to ask, rather than just say "out of stock". Would definitely recommend.

Sub-standard product
I put a note on my recent order complaining about the dryness of the previous cigars ordered.
It was ignored.
The most recent delivery was no better ie outer wrapping flaking off.
You need to address the issue rather than ignore it.
