I think the mistake occured when I checked on your menue the airscream flavours (under the airscream-airpops-range)
then I selected the first one which appeared which was the 313 AirsPops E-Liquid 30 ml
then I clicked on this product and once clicked I selected the Watermelon flavour on the left sided panel. Then I ordered. But I did not see that even though I selected the preferred flavour (watermelon) which was displayed on the page one has to still select in the mid-right field the "watermelon" again which I obviously did not do since I oversaw this little field. Instead the first choice on this little panel "Ocean 11 Toba" was unchanged and this was then ordered even though the Watermelon flavour was clearly depicted on the page.
Maybe something to consider to make it clearer to the customer or change.

Your order was delivered 3 days after it was placed which is the fastest time allowed for by your selected delivery option.
In the future, there is an option for Express Delivery to Boksburg of 2 days.

Refilling is a huge pain
While these are lovely devices, the pods' silicone stoppers are terribly flimsy and tears easily. They also do not then seal properly. Terrible experience with refilling these pods.

I apologise that you're having trouble refilling the pods. Which pods are you referring to? I would like to pass your feedback on to the UK manufacturer.
Keep in mind that you cannot use the pods indefinitely and they do need to be replaced every 3-5 uses.
