A Real Customer Really Liking Them
I have been using Smokescanada for a while now, and have never experienced any problems with the ordering, and delivery (via couriers) has only been delayed once. That was when a major snow event had limited highway usage.
After settling on a specific brand, I found the quality to be consistent. Some brands are packaged well, some are not...that depends on which company manufactures the item and not on Smokescanada.
Overall, I will be a continuing customer and highly recommend them for their selections, shipping options, and their prices...beats $21 a pack any day!

Sad to day it has been 5 days now and…
Sad to day it has been 5 days now and still not shipped. I have been back and forth with them only to get their list of standard excuses. I sent 2 emails that were not responded to and finally used their chat, got their standard list of excuses yet again! I finally asked to have order canceled and funds returned... waiting for the next excuse now... this was my first order and i doubt i will try this again! Not a happy customer..

We process and ship orders as soon as payment is received. Once the package is handed over to the courier, its delivery timeline is unfortunately outside of our direct control. In some cases, shipments may take longer than expected due to delayed scans or high courier delivery volumes.

I have ordered from this so called company a ton of times now and never again. I’m also getting my dad and friends to change shops. Ya the smokes are cheap it’s cheap because they charge u $25 for expedited shipping and it takes over 2 weeks to get here. Probably cause I’m not status or native. They have every excuse in the book why it takes so long by COURIER. Sooo full of shit. Their orders will be going down dramatically very soon. Thanx for nothing oh and false advertising as well.

Smokes Canada selling counterfeit products. Please double check what is being sent to you. Even after informing them in detail, they have outright denied and did not refund or replace the cigarettes.
