The product is a little dry to use. Try to shake well before use. I found the product left my face a little lighter than expected, but did try to cover imperfections.

My experience did not start great as my original order went astray, however I reached out to customer services and April was amazing, first trying to track it down and then sending a replacement. Not had time to rate the foundation yet but give me a week!

Update: 5/9/2026 - Yesterday Genrev from Smooche reached out and apologized for the delayed response. Then they graciously helped me get a replacement shipment sent to the correct address. I am excited to try out the product and update my review. I appreciated the care they took to make this experience right.

Order #598758 - I was so excited when I ordered this product, but the address was incorrect. I contacted them immediately after the order and payment went through and I saw the address had incorrectly autofilled. But, I put my order in on 5/2 and just received a response on 5/8. I've been reaching out with multiple emails almost once a day trying to get the address corrected before shipping started to process, but no help. When I finally got a response 7 days later, they said sorry it went through the shipping process already and they can do nothing but wait and "HOPE" it gets sent back and then they would resolve the issue. Now, not only am I disappointed, ... but just want my money back for this hassle and I never even got to try the product I was excited about.

My oder had been delayedand when I finally received it, unfortunately it did not work out for me Jessa was very helpful in getting me a refund.

Everything was delivered with care and efficiently.

I love it, so easy to apply

First time using the product and am very pleased, it blends beautifully and does not leave my face feeling dry and flaky at the end of the day it stays as fresh as when I applied it in the morning.

I purchased the anti aging lip plumper and it states on their website that if you're not completely satisfied you can get your money back, well it didn't work and they refuse to answer any emails so basically they tell lies in order to get business.

I can’t say that I had a bad experience. Just one that didn’t have the outcome I’d initially hoped for but it definitely ended with a surprisingly good result.

Firstly their customer service is pretty great and for that alone they deserve 5 stars..

I purchased a bundle of the colour adapting foundation and a blender brush, of which the blender brush was great and the colour match on the foundation was really good I have to say but sadly the foundation didn’t work for my skin type and started to migrate into my various creases and laugh lines leaving me looking like a muddled mess.

I emailed Jizelle, who had been following up with me about my order, explaining to about my experience and asked for some advice as I wondered if I’d overdone with pre skin prep overdoing my skin serum and moisturiser before hand.

Much to my surprise Jizelle got back me, not with advice but rather apologising that the product hadn’t worked out for me and advising me that she’d arranged for me to get a full refund.

One certainly cannot argue with that result and to be honest I was actually quite impressed as I certainly wasn’t expecting that.

I’ll just have to keep looking for that perfect colour adapting foundation and would I recommend them.. Sure. Why not?! Their customer service alone is worth its weight in gold and Jizelle is a great presentative of that.
