From the moment we set out, the itinerary unfolded seamlessly.
Antarctica, of course, was beyond anything we could have imagined. The expedition team’s expertise, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made every landing and Zodiac excursion feel both safe and thrilling. Standing amid vast ice fields, watching penguin colonies bustling with life, and cruising past monumental icebergs were experiences that will stay with us forever. The ship itself was exceptionally comfortable, and the crew created an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and impeccably well organised.

In Patagonia, the combination of dramatic landscapes, knowledgeable guides, and superbly chosen lodge gave us a deep appreciation for the region’s wild beauty. Whether we were hiking among towering granite peaks, watching condors circle above the steppe, or simply enjoying a quiet moment by a glacier-fed lake, each day offered something unforgettable.

In short, “holiday of a lifetime” is the perfect expression of our remarkable adventure. Thank you for shaping a journey that not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. We returned home with hearts full, minds enriched, and memories that will last a lifetime

SmoothRed arranged a full itinerary for our special anniversary tour of South America and we were astonished at the detail and attention they spent on making it a memorable trip. They chose fabulous hotels and organized a full selection of fascinating guided tours of real interest and their system always seemed to be a step ahead of our progression through the itinerary. Astonishing level of personal attention and things went utterly smoothly - it was magic and marvelous. V well done!

For years, we'd planned to go to Uruguay specifically to drink Tannat wines, but it hadn't happened for a lot of reasons including our total ignorance of South America. Then I came across Smooth Red, got in touch, and they organised everything. Beautifully. The vineyards were great, the accommodation was great, the drivers were great, the food and wine were great. You can see a pattern here. The only thing that wasn't great was the weather and I can't justifiably blame them for that! Thank you, Smooth Red for a truly memorable week.

Jack and team curated a fabulous trip for us to Spain. We discussed how we liked to travel and what we hoped to see and do while there, and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend! The app provided to follow all details was A+ quality, which made it even better.

We just got back from an outstanding trip to Italy's wine country. The SmoothRed team put together an excellent itinerary that far exceeded our expectations. We had a great time and every detail the team put together was carefully thought through, and ran flawlessly.

Porto was beautiful and the ancient areas so interesting. The people in Porto are about the kindest people we have ever experienced.

The hotel was very good. Perfect location. The breakfast was great as they would cook what you would like.
Igor our tour guide fantastic! Duoro valley was the highlight maybe two days there which includes a night stay. The extra day in Porto wasnt necessary.

San Sebastián maybe hands down the most beautiful place we’ve ever been. The hotel exceeded the Fairmont's and Ritz’s we have stayed in. Incredible.

The Spanish Basque Country side was spectacular. The day at the pig farm over the top. Loved it loved it!

All the guides were perfect. Sincerely. Kind, knowledgable, fun, interesting, etc etc….

Finally Bordeaux, how amazing. Everything we saw , experienced, especially the cooking class, perfect.
Maybe a winery on the left bank, but I prefer more cab blend so a little biased.

All the restaurants were exceptional. We really never had even an average meal the entire trip.

You prepared and arranged everything beyond what we have ever experienced.

Just back from a lovely week in the Basque Country. It was our first time using Smooth Red but we wanted a high quality tailored trip with an emphasis on Food and Wine and Smooth Red delivered in spades.

A big shout out to Jack who helped us put the trip together and was on-hand throughout and to the back-office team who made it all happen.

The local guides and winery tours were excellent, the transfers went without a hitch and the hotels were amazing. The Marques de Riscal hotel is an architectural marvel and well worth spending a couple of nights in and San Sebastián was a foodie and cultural revelation - We absolutely loved it. Thank you.

Having been converted to Smooth Red we are now counting down the days to our next trip to Argentina and Chile in the Spring of 2026

Our local guides were so knowledgable, personable and absolutely wonderful . Our drivers were highly professional and punctual. Smooth Red monitored every step of our trip and kept in contact. Smooth Red is incredible!

Smooth Red put us in wonderful properties during our UK vacation, especially on Isle of Skye and in Oban. They also handled a problem with our rented automobile, which saved us from having to worry with it ourselves. Using Smooth Red saved us countless hours both before and during our vacation.

Everything about our experience with SmoothRed was stellar. When we were planning the trip, Marieke met with me multiple times to hear about our interests and preferences and went through several iterations of an itinerary to be sure we got to do and see everything we wanted. The handover to the Client Experience Team (led by Eugenia for our trip) was seamless, and they perfected the details - down to making dinner reservations for us each night at a variety of restaurants. The app was amazing - keeping all of our information in one, easy-to-access place. We had several dinner reservations that were canceled on our trip, and the SmoothRed team quickly booked new reservations and updated the app for us. Our experiences on vacation were wonderful - every tour and suggestion was great. We could not have been more pleased with SmoothRed and will definitely use the company again for future travel!

Our trip through various regions of France was very well coordinated and well planned out by the SmoothRed team. Hotels were great, the transfers were seamless and the trip choices were well thought out. Would definitely use them again.

This was our second holiday with Smooth Red and as expected it lived up to all expectations.

Five stars all the way around. Smooth Red took care of planning all of our accommodations. It was extremely helpful to have airport transfers booked. We did a Loire Valley wine tour in France. We had a private tour with a local wine expert. We stayed in a beautiful French chateau. I highly recommend using them to plan your travel!

SmoothRed did a great job planning my family’s vacation to the south of France this Summer. They provided excellent hotel recommendations both for Aix and Nice, arranged wonderful tour guides for each day of the trip, and helped a lot with the logistics of moving a family od five around France. Their app was easy to use and well designed, and they were always available if we needed anything. I would definitely use them again for another trip.

We spent 15 days in Scotland, London and Wimbledon. Scotland exceeded our expectations. The assistance and planning with SmoothRed was flawless. Guides and tours were great and informative. Accommodations were nice.
Kate, at SmoothRed made sure each detail was taken care of, including reservations for dinner and directions to get to and from events such as Wimbledon.
The app was simple to follow and defined each days activity and suggestions of where to visit on our free days. It was an excellent trip.

Smooth Red planned an incredible trip for us to the Champagne region. From coordinating first class lodging, to booking drivers and reserving private tours at the best champagne houses in France, they exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have to worry about anything! They even have an app that we were able to access prior to and throughout our trip which allowed us to review all of the details of the daily schedule as well as contact information for our drivers. I would highly recommend Smooth Red! Such a collaborative process to book an unforgettable trip.
