SmoothRed designed a perfect wine exploration vacation in Burgundy for a large family group of 12. Their exceptional skills include listening to the client and designing what the client wants and managing operations and changes during the trip. The tours and meals were exactly what we wanted, with fantastic access to great Domaines and wine tasting experiences. The logistics of visiting vineyards all over the Côte d'Or, Côte Chalonnaise, Jura, and even Alsace were immense with such a large group, but they managed it perfectly. This is my fourth trip with SmoothRed and I will do more in the future!

Smooth Red helped create an incredible UK experience to England, Ireland and Scotland for my family. Their attention to detail along with a spectacularly planned itinerary was perfect. From our drivers to amazing tour guides - Gary (White Cliffs of Dover), Pat (Ireland), and Willie (Scotland) - this trip was amazing!

The Smooth Red app was extremely helpful and user-friendly, and the lodging facilities chosen were both comfortable and luxurious. In particular, the hotels’ locations allowed for in-depth city and town exploration. In addition, pre-planned excursions and activities added to an overall positive experience.

Thank you, SmoothRed, for an excellent trip to Burgundy. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all 34 of our group. The Itinerary was excellent, thank you, Jack for designing the trip we discussed and wanted. It ran like clockwork and efficiently. Particular thanks to Andra and Marjorie, who were charming and made sure it all went smoothly. The trip was a great success due to the detailed planning and execution by SmoothRed, which was greatly appreciated by all, and particularly by me.

The team at Smooth Red did an amazing job helping us plan and implement our trip to France which included stops in Loire Valley, Normandy and Paris. The team of Carolina Canullo and Karmen Sipos were excellent - together they researched, developed and managed all the arrangements for us. Their professionalism, timely & clear communications and attention to details were truly "the" best!! We look forward to planning a future trip using Smooth Red Services.

SmoothRed put together an amazing trip in London for me and my parents. They listened to the accommodations we needed and all the sightseeing we wanted to do while in London. The chose a wonderful hotel for us which had the most attentive and friendly staff. The ease of having drivers booked to take us to the various sightseeing sites took the stress and guesswork out of trip. The tour guide they chose for us was extremely knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. We only had 7 days and they provided an itinerary that includes things to see in London and outside of London. They really went above and beyond in making this trip an experience of a lifetime.

I worked with SmoothRed to plan our honeymoon in France and I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a first class experience!! Everything from beginning to end was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The planning process with Marieke was thorough and she put together a dream trip for us. Andreea executed everything perfectly. From the moment we arrived in Paris until we were dropped off we were in their hands.
Every hotel, restaurant, tour, and tour guide exceeded our expectation. The itinerary was a "surprise" for my wife so each morning over breakfast I shared our itinerary with her from the trip app, (very nice to have by the way) she loved every minute of it!! Because this was our honeymoon, every hotel we went to had a welcome gift of champagne or chocolate waiting for us. Our tour guide in the Loire valley also had a bottle of champagne for us and at several dinners we were treated with special desserts--all planned in advance by the SmoothRed team. What a nice touch.
We have already spoken with Marieke about our next trip. I could not be more pleased with SmoothRed.

We recently returned from an incredible trip to London and Paris, and we owe much of our memorable experience to our amazing travel specialists, Chris and Andreea at Smooth Red. From the moment we began planning they listened closely to what we wanted and created the perfect itinerary. Every detail was handled flawlessly - from airport transfers, hotel bookings, museum passes, theater tickets, and local tours. In London, our centrally located hotel made it easy to explore the British Museum and Churchill War Rooms. We could walk to tea at Fortnum and Mason and "The Mousetrap" at St. Martin's Theater. We had a fabulous guide for our tour of the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey. We learned so much history and saw hidden gems we'd have missed on our own.
Paris was equally unforgettable. Our guides for Versailles, Montmartre, and the Louvre were very knowledgeable. The Michelin Star dinner cruise down the Seine and cooking class with Fabrice were definite highlights. Also not to be missed was a trip to Champagne country and the beautiful G.H.Mumm and Collery champagne houses.
We're so grateful for the thoughtful, professional, and enthusiastic service we received from Chris and Andreea. We highly recommend them and Smooth Red to anyone looking to make their travel dreams a stress-free reality.

Our trip to Burgundy and Champagne was fabulous. Our guides were so knowledgeable and keen to share their love for the regions and wines. Our trip was organised by Eustya and Matías, who were incredibly helpful throughout. This continued right up to when we landed back in the UK, so that we always felt there was a safe pair of hands guiding us. We would definitely travel with SmoothRed again!

The guides and drivers were all very knowledgeable and personable. We saw and learned so much. The time of year (late April-Early May) was perfect weather, with spring flowers and lambs in all the fields! We had no rain, which was unusual it seems. There were suprises, like the London marathon, and a driver who was very familiar and took us to "All Creatures Great and Small" locations. We attended evensong at Westminster Abbey - all special additions to our trip. Thank you to Smooth Red for making things easy for us, and helping us design two weeks of wonderful experiences!

This trip was booked by a good friend to celebrate her husband’s 50th & my wife’s 50th and what can I say apart from outstanding!!
From start to finish everything was planned perfectly and the guide (Alex) we had was friendly & extremely knowledgeable & was a joy to spend 2 days with.
Would definitely use smooth red again without hesitation and totally would recommend.

The team at SmoothRed did an exceptional job planning our self-drive wine tour of France for our 10 year anniversary. We visited Paris, Reims, Beaune, and Bordeaux. The team was in constant communication with us during the planning stages and met/exceeded our expectations during our trip for what we had in mind. From the amazing accommodations, luxurious Michelin star dinners, private transfers, and private tours with knowledgeable and friendly tour guides, we had an amazing time. The team even took the time to have something special placed in our room during our anniversary. Also, when we returned home, a follow up call to wish us a happy anniversary and discuss any feedback we had for our trip was a thoughtful gesture. The SmoothRed app is amazing and had everything we needed for each day on our journey. Would highly recommend SmoothRed to anyone looking for custom, luxurious vacations. We will certainly utilize them in the future for planning of our special trips.

Smooth Red handled every aspect of our two week wine tour of Northern Italy. Not only did they make the planning and preparation easy and stress free, they truly came through on every detail they promised. The lodgings, tastings, recommendations, follow through, and availability during the trip exceeded our expectations. Smooth Red was behind the scenes each day confirming the details of our trip. They quietly made sure all details were addressed without exception. They got us access to the highest end wineries and Michelin rated restaurants and also found us cool street food tours and family wineries, where we met grandparents and children and truly appreciated the family owned winery approach.
This was our first time using a travel designer as we were planning a special trip. I was skeptical if Smooth Red could provide what they promised, they did so flawlessly. The memories we made are ones we will never forget. If you want a stress free, perfectly detailed trip without the hassles of standard travel- look no further.

We recently visited Reims with SmoothRed which was excellent. Starting from the pre-trip communications, details within the SR App and then the trip itself were first class. On our Champagne Experience we were escorted by Katia who was exceptionally knowledgeable and delightful company for the day. Next task is to see where else SmoothRed offer trips and get the next one booked it. Would have no hesitation in recommending the Reims Champagne Experience and SmoothRed.

The itinerary they set up was perfect. They made access to tickets so easy to access. the guides they provided were very knowledgeable ,and helpful. Was a wonderful trip !!!

We decided to go to Portugal basically because neither of us had been. As always, when we travel to Europe, we had SmoothRed handle the trip.

The trip, from start to finish was excellent. The people, the food, the sights the experiences were all phenomenal. SmoothRed excels at finding the unique, the out of the way all under the care of knowledgeable, personable guides.

We stayed at great hotels, some in the vibrant heart of the cities and some in the splendid quiet of the country. Restaurants were all great and ranged from an exquisite Michelin starred restaurant overlooking the ocean (Casa de Chá da Boa Nova) to a tiny roadside spot (Bar 21 off IP3) a local hotspot for amazing suckling pig sandwiches.

To date we have had three trips through SmoothRed and plan on more (they are expanding to Japan & South America!). Our experiences have always been exceptional and we know that once we are in their hands, all we need to do is relax and enjoy.

We loved our trip. Smoothred did an amazing job and built an awesome itinerary. Additionally, my wife ended up sick while in London and the agency assisted us with adjusting our reservations to ensure she was take care of. Right before my wife became sick, she looked at me and said, "this trip is a 10/10". The itinerary and pricing build at the beginning to the high level of support throughout our entire trip. A++++ We will definitely use them again.

SmoothRed organised an end-to-end trip to Rioja for me and 5 friends including transfers. The schedule they put together had great variety: a Michelin-star restaurant, some local eateries and a tapas crawl, wine-tasting at a prestigious vineyard and an intimate tasting with a smaller producer. The hotel was superb and the schedule (with lots of useful local info) was all on their excellent app which removed any admin hassle. An incredible trip and I can’t recommend the SmoothRed team enough.

SmoothRed provided a good overall experience, from planning to execution. Their app was helpful for organizing the trip details, and accommodations matched our preferences well. While most of the arrangements went smoothly, there was a miscommunication about a cooking class that was later addressed. A few hiccups aside, their service was solid. 3 stars.

When my wife and I learned that SmoothRed created travel experiences to Chile and Argentina we had to have them create an experience exclusively for us.

We have long been curios about travel to South America. Our interests included geography, geology, biology and culture. Chris Rigge patiently worked with us to create a wonderful 14 day experience to Chile and Argentina that included the Atacama desert in northern Chile, the Salta region in Argentina, Santiago and Buenos Aires.

Andreea was tasked with making the detailed arrangements. Every transfer was on time, all the guides were excellent and spoke fluent english, every room was ready for us when we arrived (early or late), meal reservations booked and the quality of all the rooms excellent. Also, any detail I have forgotten Andreea remembered and covered.

This is our third trip with SmoothRed and they demonstrated that they are able to arrange any type of travel experience. Trip number four will be in 2026. As of now the destination is unknown.
