Found this website by googling a product (die cutting machine), very cheap price - should have known it was too good to be true! Shortly after placing my order, I received an email to say my order had been cancelled at my request but my refund had not yet been processed. Money has been taken off my card for the item, no replies to multiple emails or chat function on website.
I ordered a garden storage box and they cancelled my order, took my money, don’t reply to email's and their phone number is unavailable! Obviously a scam company. Also company accounts are not up to date!
