I wholly recommend Precious Pets for sitting. We had Amy sit for Mia, our cat, and Dexter, our dog, while we were away and it was a great experience. Amy was lovely, helpful, the animals loved her and she sent me regular pics and communications so I was always reassured everyone was fine and happy. I would welcome her back with open arms.

Our most recent experience with SM Precious Pets has been our best yet - Gabriela looked after 2 of our family dogs whilst we were away and she cared so kindly and diligently for them we knew they would be well looked after. She sent us daily updates and videos of the dogs and managed one their surgery recovery rehabilitation brilliantly (not easy alongside his very lively spaniel companion!) Highly Recommend them and we are already booking in dates for our next trip. Thank You

It was our first time to leave our 10 month old not so small-sized puppy and we had an excellent experience with this company and Martina, our lovely sitter. We received photos and updates from time to time and our little fella had a marvellous time. We came back to a tidy house and a well looked after pet. We cannot thank Martina enough - before the sit, she also took time to come visit us and have a walk around the house and the vicinity to ensure she knew the usual haunts for dog walks, and I am also so grateful to Julia and Robert at the company who patiently answered my various queries in the run up to the sit. Their calm and confident reassurance built much faith in us being able to leave our precious fellow with Martina in the care of this excellent company of house pet sitters.

Had the wonderful Anna come to stay and look after Meggy whilst went abroad for a week. She has a fantastic presence about her, Meg loved her and so did my daughter- she wanted her back to babysit!!🤣. My whole experience with this company from start to finish was top notch, I can’t recommend them highly enough. I will be using again in the future. Keep up the good work. Carly 🩷🐾

This was our first time using a dog service to care for our two Sprockers so were a little apprehensive, but there was no need. Precious Pets arranged for us to meet and spend time with the sitter prior to booking to ensure we were happy with the match for our dogs.
We were pleased with the service and will definitely be using Precious Pets again.

Only downside was the payment arrangement. It’s a bit time consuming to do two separate payments. It would be easier just to do a one for you guys and you would deal with the rest.

Csillag looked after our 3yr old Labrador and our cat for a week in the summer holidays and she did an amazing job! We had never left our dog before and we’ve had him since 8 wks old, it was quite a big deal for me to trust someone with his care, before Csillag he’d only ever been walked by myself and my husband. I needn’t have worried though as Csillag did the most amazing job! We met twice before she came to pet sit and her calm and confident manner was very reassuring, she asked lots of questions so that she was well prepared. She was happy to walk with our friends and their lab, nothing was too much trouble she just wanted the best for Bodhi. While we were away Csillag sent us regular photos, videos and updates, she takes amazing photos! The updates were so wonderful to receive and she clearly was doing so well with my boy. Because of Csillag I could relax and enjoy my first holiday abroad for years, she really gave me peace of mind that our lovely animals were in the best possible hands. In fact since we have returned I’ve had several comments from other dog owners in our local park about how good Csillag was with Bodhi and one lady even asked me for her details as she has a nervous rescue that she’s never left before. I would not hesitate to recommend Csillag, she was amazing!

Booked and used a sitter for a few days in May and worth every penny. As dog boarders ourselves, we understand the importance of looking after people’s pets. Our sitter was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. She looked after our home and stayed in touch daily. We have already booked her twice more!

Martina cared for our two dogs overnight and she we found her to be fantastic. She was already well briefed, organised and professional. Her warm and caring personality drew the dogs to her immediately. She understood their needs and their characters instantly and the dogs seemed so happy to be with her.

We left her in charge of the dogs and house and had complete peace of mind in so doing.

We were delighted with Martina and would be so happy if she would be able to help us in the future.

I cannot recommend SM Precious Pets highly enough. From our initial enquiry to the end of the sit they were incredible to deal with and so professional.

We met our sitter Natasha months before the sit so she could come and meet our dog and we could meet her so all of us could make sure everyone was comfortable with the sit - especially Henry !

Henry loved Natasha from the off and so did we. She is such a gorgeous, gentle, kind lady and clearly adores her job.

We had no worries at all leaving Henry in her care whilst we were out. She was amazing, Henry has made a friend for life and we would not hesitate to have her in our home again.

It's so important to me that when I am away, I have someone I can absolutely trust to look after my rescue dogs! S M Precious Pets really take the time to find the right person to look after my two and having used them now since 2021, each pet sitter has been great! It is also good to know that when one sitter is not available, there is always at least 2 or 3 that I can use. Really can't recommend the company and their sitters highly enough!

We enjoyed our holiday because we knew that Csillag was wonderful at caring for our pet. He was happy and well cared for by her, she was attentive to his needs and cared for him superbly. We returned from our holiday to a spotless house and would recommend Csillag very highly.

They were reliable and caring.
Ed did everything that we had asked him to do . Our cat seemed very happy when we got the videos and pics twice a day.

5 Star Review for this dog sitting service. Our dog was very well cared for, and we had updates daily fro. Sitter Anna to let us know all ok. Really gives you peace of mind - dog happy and house very tidy on our return.
