For finding us the amazing Sarah to look after our Old English Sheepdog, Buddy! We could not have hoped for more with the way she looked after Buddy. Sarah looked after our home too and we came home to find everything perfect! Thank you for helping us at such short notice too!!

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Booked a last minute holiday and from start to finish out experience with Sm Precious Pets was amazing. The communication was great and service brilliant. Caroline came to look after our two big dogs and one cat. She was fantastic and we were over the moon with how she looked after them. The dogs really took to her and surprisingly so did our cat. We could not fault them at all and we are looking forward to rebooking with them again. We would 100% recommended them to all. We appreciate all their support.

We used semi precious pets to look after our dog on a weekend we were out most of the day. Julia came to meet our dog beforehand and was wonderful and trustworthy she also took him out for two walks and kept us updated with pics and messages. Very grateful and would use again/ thank you xx

I’ve used SM precious pets on several occasions and all my bookings have been at short notice. They’ve been really helpful finding an available sitter and all the sitters who have looked after my dogs for me have been very professional and taken excellent care of my dogs. Can happily recommend. Rates are reasonable and it’s been easy to book.

Anna was our sitter for a few days looking after our 2 dogs and our cat. She was fab and we can't thank her enough! Not only did we receive regular updates and pictures of our babies but we came home to a super clean and tidy house (probably tidier than we left it!). She is a great communicator, trustworthy and the animals loved her! ❤️

We will be using Precious Pets as our regular go-to for pet sitting purposes in the future! 🐕 🐾

Thank you so much to Claire who stepped in last minute to look after our two retrievers for the weekend. One of our dogs had an injury just prior to us leaving and Claire filled me with confidence in being able to cope with it. Our dogs absolutely loved her and were very chilled and relaxed on our return. Would definitely use again. The agency responded very quickly and seamlessly to a last minute change that occurred.

Fabulous from booking through to house sitting. The process was so easy and helpful and our sitter Gabriella was absolutely perfect. Our three dogs were very happy to meet Gabriella a few weeks before our holiday and they were very pleased to see her again when see arrived for our booking. They were so well looked after and were happy to be in their own home, photos sent and updated throughout the sitting..would definitely recommend. Thank you

From the initial contact the whole process has been brilliant ! Julia is wonderful with our two jack Russell boys. And makes every effort to make the humans happy and comfortable too ! We have since booked Julia again and my boys love her 🐶🐶

My Cavapoo had recently had an operation so I was nervous about leaving her. But Julia took excellent care of her!

Being a new puppy owner we were anxious about our upcoming long holiday until we found Precious Pets. Our sitter was Lucy who kept us updated everyday with a pic and videos everyday. It was so comforting and reassuring.
Lucy lived-in for the duration of 4 weeks. When we arrived home, it was clear that Lucy had created a special relationship with Buddy and subsequently, us too. Fantastic briefings before and after, it was a perfect arrangement. Thank you Precious Pets so much.

Jane looked after our Cocker for ten days whilst we went on holiday. She kept us up to date with how things were going and we came home to a very happy dog and a tidy house. Couldn't have asked for more.

We were really impressed with the service. Having one dog that has recently gone blind, we were matched with an experienced sitter who put our minds at rest from the minute we met her. She sent us videos and photos daily of both our dogs and they really benefitted from the loving care and attention. We have already booked again !

Natasha is very caring and loves dogs so our Greyhound was in excellent hands! We got some super photos too

I have used SM Precious Pets on several occasions over the years when going on holiday. Our small dogs are very attached to me and I can't relax on holiday unless I know they are in the best of hands.SM Pets offers a very professional service and we have only experienced very good sitters who look after the dogs (and our house) very well, communicate effectively and leave me very well reassured!
