I can’t recommend this company highly enough. As well as being polite, friendly and punctual, Simon is clearly someone who takes pride in his work. He did a wonderful job and the new locks look so good that they’re putting the door to shame but I can’t complain about that. He comes highly recommended so I didn’t shop around for quotes but the prices seemed perfectly reasonable to me. I’m a very happy customer.

Quick and efficient - would definitely recommend Simon

I called Simon at 7:30 this morning as I was away from home and had a dog sitter living in our house when he couldn’t get back in with the key he holds for us. I explained the situation to him and that I needed someone to be there within 2 hours when the dog sitter would be back with our keys so simon could work out why the door wasn’t opening. Simon gave me full break down of likely costs to which I said all more than acceptable just please make sure everything is ok! Simon arrived and sorted the problem very quickly, he also diagnosed that the lock had never been installed properly (6 years ago!) and fixed that for us as well!

He was incredibly helpful, very efficient and amazingly affordable for the speed of response and quickness of repair. 100% recommend his services!
