Bought perfume on the 27th of november and still not recieved my order its now the 14th of december

I am always nervous about using new companies, especially those overseas.

However, I put in my order and was delighted by the response.

The goods arrived surprisingly quickly, and securely and attractively packaged.

All items were present and correct (plus a few samples) and I was therefore very happy that I took the plunge!

I will certainly not hesitate in future to order from this company when I need to restock for my Wife and myself.

Great product

Ordered perfume as a gift from here, used the standard delivery of 5-10 working days, it did arrive after 11 days but if I had wanted it in good time would have paid extra for speedier delivery. Did have an issue when I received an email saying I had items still left in my basket but contacted the company and it was rectified quickly and professionally. Will happily buy products here again.

Ordered the product and it had been delivered in a week on the basic shipping request. Best price I could find online hence the order:)

Very disappointed will not use this company again.

You have been bugging me to give my 'feedback' for two weeks, I have received numerous, frankly an irritating amount of these emails, so please consider that with future customers. The funny thing is, I ordered a product from your company, only to get a refund because you do not deliver to my country. So there we go, heres my review, sort this and maybe you would get a better review next time.

I've ordered several Clarins skincare products thru S.M.Seruya recently and it was my first time dealing with this company. I normally stick with a couple of trusted websites but one of the products I was after was not available widely and Seruya seemed a good alternative. Well, my experience was nothing but positive. First, their prices are really reasonable comparing to what most of wholesale cosmetics sites charge for the same stuff. Ditto for the shipping costs and speed - even they say on their website the delivery could take up 6 days and more, my parcel has actually arrived in 3 days and nicely packaged too! Brilliant. Finally, I've mistakenly placed an order for some extra product which I didn't need (I basically hit ''order'' button twice for the same item) so even the website doesn't have a ''cancel'' option at the moment (which I reckon something to think about), customer service was extremely helpful, quickly responded via email and eventually cancelled the wrong item. I am very pleased. Definitely going to use them again.

When I pay for an item to be gift wrapped I expect it to be gifted wrapped not just put in a box!!! Never will use again
