This was just a great experience from start to finish. They have a very easy to navigate website and simple ordering for the mask I chose. The communication was great and new when to expect it. The mask was great quality, was really nicely packed with a personal note. It was a really good fit with the toggles behind the ears and the wire above the nose.Lovely material. I would definately recommend and will be buying another.

The mask is well made and the fit is good. The only fault is that the fabric is so dense it is hard to breathe in. Maybe will be okay for the winter weather.

Hi Janet thanks for the feedback - you may find loosening the toggles just a little and the nose clip to ensure there is not a partial vacuum and the air circulates, may help. We are launching a new version 2.0 Smug in September based on useful feedback from folk like you - so watch this space!
Brilliant face masks
These face masks are brilliant, I have bought four now and everyone of them has been finished to a very high standard, the fit is adjustable which is very good as if you have a small head like myself you can adjust perfectly to fit your face, I bought two black one blue and jungle green

The face mask is great! Well made, comfortable and so much better than the disposable alternative. If you’re going to have to wear a mask, wear one of these.
Customer service including packaging and delivery has been awesome.

I was not as smug said like to have been as envelope arrived open, the masks are rather more muted in colour than appear on website and are more basic than I expected. Also bit to small/tight a design to breathe easily I feel.
Nevertheless congratulations on start up and good luck with what you are doing and your positive ethos.

Colours vary a little with the dye taking to each cotton batch but should be a good representation as all the images are real and un-doctored - we are too small for a posh photo studio! Disappointed
I redearched masks online and was impressed with the review for this one. However I wear glasses and they steam up whatever I try to do. Also the mask clings to my nose and mouth when I breathe or talk. Is that normal? I only wear this pretty mask when I know it is just for a few minutes . I have gone back to disposable ones for big shops etc.

Hi Cookie - if the clip is pressed in your glasses should not fog up as much according to other users. The cut of the Smug is intended to hold the material away from wearer's mouths, but it does move particularly if over-tightened as it creates a partial vacuum - it may help to try loosening the toggles a little to see if that improves things?
How things should be done.
From the very beginning the service was first class. Naming the people involved in the making and delivering the product gave it a personal touch. Product excellent. Well done.
