Not worth the price…

Great idea for a product but for the price they are I thought they would have more flavour I tried 12 flavours and not one of them wowed me . For the price I paid I genuinely thought they would pack more of a punch. We tried them raw, microwaved and baked and they just weren’t nothing to write home about. I wouldn’t recommend this to my friends and family unfortunately. Massive social media presence but in now wonder if a lot more paid PR from ‘celebrities ’

Hey,

Thanks for the honest review and I am sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy these as much as other customers!

I would like to assure you we do not pay for any reviews or PR. This is the wonderful thing about food, it’s subjective so what one person may love, another may not.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to identify your order as your name is only showing as ‘customer’.

Please drop me an email on hello@snackcidents.com with your order number and which flavours you tried and we will work something out to your satisfaction.

Thank you so much for trying our products. We continuously work to improve in any way we can thanks to constructive criticism like yours.

Kind regards,
Olly - Founder

Love Snackcidents

Love Snackcidents! Despite being on the pricier side for cookie dough, it's definitely worth it. We love the variety of flavours, and also the various deals that are often on the website.

We've never had any problems with delivery or customer service. It's great to be able to order a treat to your door.
