I placed an order of 1 set of Cashew…
I placed an order of 1 set of Cashew nuts club bundle and 2 sets of Spicy Masala Cashews 1kg each on 11th February 2023 and was supposed to get the delivery of my order by 16th February 2023.However, I received my delivery a week later than the scheduled delivery date.
Suggest you to change the courier company you use as it is letting you and your customer down.
Products delivered are of very good quality. Would definitely recommend the products.

We also highlighted in our email that we would refund you OR send you another shipment on an express delivery. (Still awaiting your reply)
Unfortunately, on occasions, couriers can be unreliable and we do our utmost to resolve issues without delay.
We are very sorry this has happened to your delivery, however, we despatched your goods in good faith and swiftly and the courier is stating “goods delivered”. So we need to raise a case with them to ascertain what exactly has happened.
We have also provided you with reasonable resolutions and you have not responded.

Confusing mislabelling
I purchsed what was described as Nigella Sativa seeds. The words on the packaging referred only to Black Onion Seeds. While I recognise this term is used to describe Sativa seeds (wrongly in my view) it is regretable that you have used this phrase.

Great product, great service
Couldn’t find healthy spicy nuts in eco-thoughtful packaging anywhere else. Good price, carrier delivery. The nuts are for someone else so can’t say how they taste but they look fab.
