Literally Took Two Months To Arrive Assumed it was long cancelled package eventually showed up 8 weeks after ordering. Some was expired well over 6-9 months. Wouldn't buy again.

I ordered my candy on the 11th of oct to pass out for Halloween my order form said 7 to 9 days it didn't come for a month i need to know what should i do with 10 pounds of candy now

The only reason I gave this company one star is because I don't have the option to give zero stars. After 42 days, my order has still not shipped and now I no longer need the candy. I will never order from this place again. They advertise fast shipping. It's been over a month and I still have not received my order.
When sending numerous emails, I'm told they just received their shipment and are working on the orders. Emailed again, I was told my order would be shipped out on Saturday.
It's Thursday, no order received. I really don't think I will receive the order. There advertisements are false, Customer Service lies. Is it really a company? Or is it a scam?

I placed my order over a month ago. With a promise of shipping within 10 business days. After several attempts to reach out to them on various media, still no response from them. I FINALLY got an email stating that had finally received their inventory, and would be fulfilling orders in the order they were received, but within 5 business days all would be fulfilled. 2 weeks later, still no response.. no receipt of the order. Worst business ever..

I FINALLY received my order.. after several emails, my order was finally delivered. What a mess... I ordered 2 separate boxes (meant for 2 different people) and they came combined, in a box, no package. Just a bunch of inventory dumped into an empty shipping box. When I asked about it, again there was no response. And still has been no response. All in all, I would say that this company has VERY little to NO customer service, no regard for the customer or their concerns, and a terrible business ethic.The absolute WORST company I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't waste your time or money.

No Customer Service...unless you search for it
I had never heard of this company and I found it searching for a product online. I placed my order before doing research and before contacting them because the prices for the items I was looking for was very competitive. And then... I realized what I had done... I know better than to order from a website without looking for them with the BBB and finding reviews online, etc.
Having second thoughts I did the research after the fact. This company had no record with the BBB at all. So then I called the phone number on the website and the call went directly to a personal voicemail. Then I emailed them to inquire about the company. And I didn't hear back from them. At all. No phone call. No email. No anything. Panic set in. (I placed a large expensive order).
After doing more research I found a fulfillment company that responded to me within 24 hours. (Harcos Labs). They assured me they were a real company and would be filling my order asap. In fact, they went out of their way to make me feel secure about my purchase.
After almost 2 weeks I did receive what I ordered. In perfect condition. I will give the product 5 stars for sure. And the customer service from "snacksandcandy" 1 star or less if possible. If a person is going to run a website and offers communication options: A. They should not use a private phone number... or, at a minimum, have a professional greeting for their voicemail box that specifically states the business name, etc. B. If they offer email as a communication method they should *always* answer emails within 24 hours. Worst experience I've ever had with a web store. I won't ever order from them again.
