Gabriel was great to deal with. He was on time and highlighted quite a few issues we never would have even known to check. We had our report the next day to give to our builder. Great service. I highly recommended him.

Gabriel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He carried out the work thoroughly providing explanations along the way and the end report was written up and sent over in a timely manner.

Gabriel was very thorough and we very much appreciated the service. We found issues that we were completely unaware of and his report is very clear on where these are and how to address.

We used snaggingservice after having struggled to get anywhere with our developer. Our surveyor knew exactly what to look for and his inspection was extensive. At the end he produced a report to send to our developer who is now taking our issues seriously. Worth the money!

5 Stars! Very professional and friendly and has some impressive equipment. Answered all questions and helped us a lot. Pointed out items we never even thought there would be a problem with. Glad we did a snagging survey now.

Absolutely amazing snagging service provided by Gabriel. He knows what he is talking about and where the key problem areas could be. He focuses on the areas which will cost you the most in long run, if not done properly by your builder. We had professional snagging done by another company first, one of the biggest names in the field - their survey was only limited to very cosmetic issues and not in depth at all. However, with Gabriel, the cost was lower and the result was significantly better. Highly recommend!!

Great job! the inspection was done thoroughly and the detailed report was useful when asking the developer to sort out the crucial errors. The inspectors were proffesional and time efficient. Definitely reccomend if you want to buy a new built property.

Quick response time.The inspector arrived just as scheduled.
He found quite a lot of defects. Some of them I spotted myself but many were only obvious when he pointed them out. He did a wind draft survey of every windows. One window wa closing improperly and a lot of wind was coming in.
I would recomend the service!

Gabriel is a very hard working guy and thoroughly professional.

He came with all the tools (much more than I had expected) and did a 360 view of the house inside out.

He did an excellent job with our snagging and made sure that the report was balanced and backed with sufficient evidences which the builder couldn’t argue.

Even after issuing his report, he followed up regularly and provided additional evidence when builder tried to dispute a particular snag.

Highly recommended.
