An order which never got delivered

For the order ID 9108402 which was ordered somewhere in May never got delivered. The date today is June 3nd 2023. To the most saddest part EMI messages are flooding but none of my complaints/email/chat messages get responded. Never buy from them, I wish someone take legal action against them. They are scam.

They dont deliver and your money is looted

My order ID 9017576 which was ordered in the 2nd week of May is still not delivered. The date today is June 2nd 2023. However, the EMI messages are flooding but none of my complaints/email/chat messages get responded. Its such a waste of time and energy including the down payment. Kindly ignore them.

No customer service | Fraud ⚠️

Ordered a product about 20 days ago but till yet neither product received nor refund. Even they are not responding to call and emails. Tried reaching them through twitter and other social media apps and from their app as well.

manipulated reviews, item undelivered

Clearly the reviews are manipulated,what is Trustpilot waiting for to remove them?
As for Snapmint avoid like a plague, once they approve and disburse the loan that's the end of their business. Whether you get the item or not from a merchant is no longer their problem and since it's on a loan you can't do a chargeback.I ordered NReal Air glasses from one of their merchants which is unable to fulfill the order, they won't cancel it and I'm made to wait weeks beyond the original delivery date and there's NO recourse and Snapmint does not help at all.
