I ordered laptop bag and I returned it very next day, but after that I was asked to pay emi on monthly basis, and I did that, but what is the status of refund, no idea. I want you to call me, and refund my money otherwise I will file report again you. Stop playing with people, fraud people

This company is fraud.please never shop through this website.As i paid my last EMI on 3 june before my EMI date but they are still showing me your EMI is due and you lose your CIBIL score.And when i try to call on their customer care number they are not valid numbers and even i emailed them so many times but they people also don’t respond on that too.😡😡😡😡

Not a single star worthy company

Not a single star worthy company. I placed order and next day it was cancelled by their side. I messaged the same problem on mail with screenshot but still issue not resolved after one month. Very poor service even employees not able to understand query and send EMI notices. Already logged a case against snapmint in consumer forum.
