Thank you but I can’t open the files okay update yes I got it opened. I used it on a hat I’m trying to sell on Amazon as a seller. It won’t take it ( says it doesn’t match the product) so was this a waste????

They sold me pre-used codes. Nightmare listing on Amazon with their code because another vendor used them already. DO NOT buy codes from UPCs.com.
P.s It's obvious a lot of these 'good' reviews are fake.
P.P.S Don't believe the audimated response to this bad review, their service is bad and did not resolve my issue.
