I placed my order in September and was not satisfied about the product. I sent it back for a refund; however the company doesn't response anymore.

E-mail, socials, website... nothing works. Looks like a scam.

Really bad experience!!

Really bad experience!!
Ordered my shoes on the 7th of October! Still didn’t receive my order. They were also bad in the communication afterwards. Promised me, my shoes would be send, but they didn’t send me a new tracking link. When I send another email about it, they told me I just have to be patient. Still haven’t received anything and no refund. They basically stole my money.. don’t order your sneakers here!

My trainers didn’t come! Website down. No point of contact!!

I made an order on November the 8th and received confirmation of my purchase with order number and tracking number.

This is my second purchase so I had no reason to doubt this. I also know it can take some time for the trainers to come so I wasn’t too worried until I tried to track my order and to my horror the website was down. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, my email which I sent a couple of days ago has only just bounced back today. So there’s no waaay of contacting anyone about the whereabouts of my trainers. This is absolutely wild… terrible TERRIBLE experience. Total horror show smh

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Everything from the website to the tracking is FAKE!!! Wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering, Order processing has been updating to a new stage at 8:49am every single day so pretty sure it’s just going through the stages of a computer system to make it look like something is being done! Emailed to tell them to cancel my order the second I placed it and realised something was fishy to get a generic email back basically saying I can’t be refunded. It’s saying shipped now but absolutely no tracking provided, have disputed the payment with my bank it seems that’s the only chance of getting my payment back.

Be careful with this scam company

Be careful with this scam company. First pairs I ordered with Klarna and I was waiting 1,5 months to got them. Second pairs whitch I paid with card and they never came. The matter has been referred to the authorities.

Really lovely athletic shoes

Really lovely athletic shoes. They appear much more pricey than they actually were. As great as some trainers I've bought that cost three times as much. I'll definitely place another order with them.

“Lost” order and poor customer service, attempted bribery quickly withdrawn

Ordered on the 24th July, expecting them to come within the 2 week timeframe indicated on their website and thought would be all fine. 3 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything and was chasing them up constantly, only receiving delayed brief replies that dragged the process on and on. Eventually they acknowledged that my order was “lost” and that they would send another by different means and thankfully these arrived a week after but this was now 4 weeks after the original order and later than I needed them, not to mention they were a size too small. Their return policy is difficult and unclear as they offered to refund for free in exchange for a positive review and then immediately rescinded this when I took them up on it.

Overall, their customer service was extremely poor and I wouldn’t have got my order at all had I not chased it up.

I would strongly recommend using another vendor - they’re not a scam - they’re just a poorly staffed company

Shoes never came. No contact.

Now their customer service doesn't even reply. I'd urge everyone to report their Instagram and Facebook pages, since I'm clearly not the only one they've deceived.

Poor customer services

I ordered 2 pairs of crocs on 30/08/23 and have only received them on 10/10/2023 after going back and forth with the customer services who takes so long to reply your messages.

I ordered a pair a month ago, still haven't got them!!

I ordered a pair a month ago. Still haven't received them, and I'm starting to think this is a scam. I sent an email concerning the issue and only got a bot reply with no real help. Don't buy the shoes they're a scam!! Been doing some research and it is a very sketchy business
I'm going to ask for a refund and give them a few days before contacting my bank.
