I didn't want to write this review, but the service was awful. While your communication was somewhat effective, you replied to 2 out of 3 emails, there were significant issues. In the last email, which Tim sent last week, I was told to expect delivery this week. However, when I emailed again today, three weeks after placing the order, I received a response shortly after, informing me that my order was canceled because it couldn't be fulfilled and that a refund was being processed. I don't understand the lack of communication on this occasion, and I must say I'm very disappointed.

Paid £300 for a pair of trainer still not received them after a week Communication is very poor and they don’t want to seem to help I was ment to be sign for delivery but was left out on someone’s drive with the picture I got don’t even have a drive anyone advise what to do now as payed with clear pay and they won’t help either

I was very sceptical to buy as I haven’t brought from one of these sites before, but I can say I’m very pleased. I got the thunders for my sons 13th they arrived quickly & 100% authentic.

Also Tim was great as I had a question and he answered quickly, so thank you.

Ordered shoes on “next day” Friday, Monday evening still not here. Not impressed

Wasn’t sure if it was legit initially as I had never heard of them, but took a chance and the delivery was super quick, the trainers came as expected, overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

Was abit iffy with ordering at first glance, but ended up happy with the results overall,great condition and quality

I bought a pair of Jordan 4’s with very little time before my daughter’s birthday. Sneaker Safe's delivery was fantastic, as they were dispatched the next working day. Unlike other companies, there was no delay in verifying the authenticity, and I wasn't charged extra for the item given the super fast delivery.
