Great customer service, orders came in time. Tracking on the app (Shop) can be annoying but the products do arrive on time anyways - the app updates itself after (abit too late but yeah). Sizes came wrong on both my orders which wasn’t ideal but the return label was sent over in a timely manner and the process was pretty straightforward. Got the right pair 2 days after. Overall a 7.5/10 from me.

Very Prompt delivery , the communication was great and the item itself is quality. Been trying to get the fire red 4s for ages and SneakerVelocity didn’t disappoint, would defo recommend.
