Ordered a pair of Uggs from Sneakit and was very disappointed . They are FAKE … cheap product … not chestnut colour but a pale beige and way too small . I have already got original UGGs so can compare…. Sending them back straight away … Such a scam!!!!

Customer service slow / not answering
I'm trying to get in touch with the customer care in order to open a claim with the shipping company, as the content of the package I sent has been stolen and replaced during transit.
I have emailed them since several days now with all the proofs/info in order to make them aware of what happened and open the claim but I haven't received any answer.
Hope that it will sorted out, as it was an expensive pair of sneakers.
Nevertheless, customer care needs to be more available and responsive.
