I used to be very confident of purchasing ungraded cards from SNKR as they were meticulous in their checkings and will spot damages which I find tough to detect. Over the years I made multiple purchases from SNKR confidently, however recently I purchased 2 Grade A condition cards and both came with damages, I raised my concerns to SNKR and their feedback was white chipping is considered condition A. I mean even I could see the obvious issues easily and yet they consider it condition A. Now I am very skeptical when purchasing upgraded cards and avoid if possible.

About the timing for authentication, kindly note that we are delays you may have experienced are temporary, as we also are informing on each listing page. However, we are doing our best to expedite our internal processes in order to get back to our normal schedule for authentication and shipping arrangements as soon as possible.

Although you should be able to confirm the details of your purchase via the app (Account→ "Buying" or "Completed"→ Choose the transaction you want to check), you can also check an already sold listing by looking up the item you purchased and checking "Listed items", then find the item you purchased. Wouldn't even let me make a purchase
I tried to make a purchase, and they restricted it. I kept getting errors saying that the purchase had failed. I emailed customer support asking about why I couldn't make the purchase, and they said that I needed to give them evidence or a document to show that the address I put in is my actual address. So I sent them pictures of my ID and recent mail to show the address and that I'm legit. They then said that what I sent isn't qualified for verification and that I need to send them a Receipt of national or local taxes, or a student ID. Mind you, I've just moved into this new address, so I won't be able to obtain documents like that until December. They then basically said that I'm screwed to make any purchases at all for the next few months. They weren't helpful, or even tried to work with me on what other ways to show evidence that I reside at that residence. I would not recommend SNKRDUNK to anyone, as customer support has been very unhelpful with a situation that I didn't even prompt to happen.

Spent THOUSANDS and sellers don't ship items! From the 30+ orders that I made, only 9 sellers actually shipped the items. This was a mix of different items. This is absolutely unacceptable. SNKRDUNK claims to penalize the sellers yet us buyers who are spending thousands on the platform get no compensation and are now forced to pay higher prices. A FEE SHOULD BE CHARGED TO THE SELLERS AND SHOULD BE GOING TO BUYERS IN THE FORM OF CREDIT!!! That is the only way to help compensate for price hikes while the sellers refused to ship. At this point it's not even worth purchasing from this platform, clearly, they just allow anyone on there and don't care if they actually ship the items. AVOID unless you're willing to have your funds held while the sellers figure out if they want to ship it or not.

SNKRDUNK’s Japan Double Standards: Buyers Unprotected, Sellers Unaccountable
Hey all, I’m a Pokémon card collector, and my experience with SNKRDUNK has been infuriating due to their lack of buyer protection and zero seller accountability. I ordered 10 McDonald’s Pikachu promotion packs for ~17,000 yen. The next day, the price jumped to 25,500 yen, and the seller canceled, claiming they “forgot to remove the listing” and had no stock. Sounds like they just wanted to sell elsewhere for more profit. SNKRDUNK allowed this with no consequences for the seller, leaving me with an 8,500 yen loss if I reorder.
Contrast that with my earlier order of a Pokémon Tohoku box. The price dropped the next day, and I tried to cancel to buy cheaper elsewhere, but SNKRDUNK refused, citing their no-cancellation policy for buyers. Yet sellers can cancel with flimsy excuses? This double standard is unfair—buyers are locked in, but sellers face no accountability. Unlike eBay, there’s no feedback system to flag shady sellers. Has anyone else dealt with this on SNKRDUNK? Suggestions for better platforms?

Kindly allow us to clarify our process. When a seller lists an item, we expect them to have it in their possession; however, because we do not hold the inventory ourselves, we are unable to verify a seller has the item until they send it to us for authentication.
If a seller states that they cannot fulfill an order, it's typically because they no longer have the item in stock and as a consequence unable to ship the item. When this happens, we always make sure to sanction them in accordance with our policies.
Regarding our no-cancellation policy, it is in place to ensure a stable and trustworthy marketplace. For this reason, we are not able to accept cancellations for personal reasons, including market fluctuations. Our goal is to create a consistent and reliable experience for all users, which means the same rules apply to all buyers.

Top TCG place but no longer ship to Brunei
SnkrDunk has always been my go to Japanese One Piece cards online shopping as they grade them to ensure customers are happy in what they get. I wish it was still available to ship to Brunei but now they have stopped it. Hopefully they allow it back in the future.

I ordered Labubu med size Checkmate one. It's still waiting. It's ok to pay 20 something $ for shipping for bigger Labubu but wish shipping was cheaper for small Labubu or I can buy multiple like 2,3. Hope it's going to improve. And i wish Item have more details like size and more. Some Labubu from other countries release and I have to leave a site and do research about it. Maybe Im new to this site . And wish coupon comes in higher price like % . Maybe 12,14% for people from countries who pay higher shipping. I know other Japanese companies kinda trying to accommodate this shipping, custom issue.
