Wish shipping was faster but to make sure my item was authentic it was worth the wait.

Smooth transaction

During my vacation in Japan, I visited thier branch in Osaka,but the shoes I was looking for was not available. I emailed thier customer support and got a reply and inform me that the pair is available in thier Tokyo branch which I was also visiting, although it was a little pricey I was able to get my pair in my size.

Incompetent platform. Cancelling a sale saying just because their authenticator were NOT SURE if the pair is authentic. I mean is it the sellers/buyers fault that your authenticators are lacking knowledge on checking? Atleast have some decency to say the true reason and check thoroughly or get some help from other platform to double check so you can GUARANTEE that it is then authentic and not cancelling just because you are UNSURE, to avoid inconvenience on both parties. Being unsure feels like you are just guessing there the authenticity of every product that you are checking.

Bought a handful of singles over 3 orders and all orders were handled very well. Some sellers take longer to ship for verification but ultimately every item was received in a very timely manner. Quality of cards and the shipping protection is excellent.

Shoes are fabulous. Definitely a grail in anyone's collection, well worthy of paying a little extra if you had to buy aftermarket.

They shipped me a pair of shoes with an obvious manufacturing defect even after inspecting them. They then refused to accept a return for an item they never should have shipped in the first place. This is a dishonest company and should be avoided at all costs!

The store is absolutely fantastic for buying TCG stuff from Japan without having to worry about the legitimacy, under an affordable platform fee, they are very thorough when checking and authenicating your purchase, aside from the obvious real/fake question, they will notify you when the condition of the card does not match the condition the seller list (aka, having scratch equivalent to B when they listed as A), they will take a picture of the area of concern and inform you, and allow you to make a decision on whether you want to proceed the transaction.

They will even take time to check whether the card the seller sent to them are the same card they have shown on the listing page, I have one card where they informed me that they believe it to a different card than what the seller list based on centering of the card, and even showed pictures that compared the centering of the card they recieved vs the image of the card seller listed. So I feel like the extra platform are very warranted to get you out of buying stuff you don't want.

As for criticism, I only used the internation version of the App not the JP ver. App so I can only comment on the experience of that one. While overall it has been great to use the platform, there are still some changes I feel like they can improve on.
First of all, for international customet, we cannot sell any TCG products even if we are willing to pay shipping etc., so I do hope they can accomadate to international seller in the future.
Secondly, you cannot add TCG box items into carts to shop along with your single card items to save on shipping fee as well as the hassle for multiple package/payment.

Thirdly, the price change notification only alert you the lowest price of that card, which tends to be cards that are not graded and most likely in bad condition like a C or D, I hope that they can make it so that you can filter the condition or grade of the card you want a notification on. For example it will be actually useful to know a psa 10 of a card that I want have dropped price, instead of just a condition C of that particular card have been listed, which is useless for me to know and basically just a spam email.

Last but definitely not least, I truly wish that they have a seller page where we can find out who the seller is, so that we can buy from the same seller again if the we like that seller, or vice versa, avoid a seller that have been doing some dodgy stuff like listing bad condition cards as good or even sending in a different card than what they posted etc.

I've recently been introduced to SNKRDUNK, mid Jan 2025. For the most part I've been impressed by everything from the site. The prices are reasonable to downright great deals compared to other sites. Delivery to door once ordered is usually within 2 weeks. Which is very fast considering they include the authentication. Overall, when things go well this site is great

That said I have also run into a couple issues that the company wouldn't resolve due to their policies. Which I could not find in great detail anywhere.
One item arrived moderately damaged. Not to the extent the item was broken, but the item box had a large tear. If you look on the website's guidelines it looked as bad as the ones they won't accept. I contacted the company and went through their procedure. Described the problem, gave them pics, even an unboxing video. They said because there was no damage to the shipping box and it left their authentication with no damage nothing could be done. Not even a coupon.
Another instance was I couldn't cancel and get a refund after 3 weeks of an order being stuck in "review" limbo. As of writing I still haven't gotten any word on the item.

Again, when everything goes right this site is very good. And majority of the time, like 4 out of 5 times I've had no problems. But if something does go wrong it may be very difficult to get a proper resolution to issues.

***Update. Took considerably longer then I feel is appropriate, but eventually the company and I reached a point of agreement. They issued a reasonable compensation for the amount of problems that occurred. To get to that point I did have to stay on top of things and go through Paypal to press my issue. But the resolution is fine and in line with what I was asking for. Not a full refund/return but fair compensation.
And by coincidence the other problem I had with a product being stuck for several weeks was also resolved. Apparently there was damage to my item during transit. The company issued a refund after confirming. So it could take a long time, but the company does resolve things if you stay on top of issues***
