they don't honor their 150 night trial guarantee, I've been trying to get them to process and approve my return for 3 months now and they are still denying it, constantly asking for photos and videos of the pillowcases, asking multiple times how I cared for them. The website says it is an easy return process but it has been anything BUT easy

bought pillow case for daughter and ended up in a monthly subscription. Buried in the small print. They took extra money and then disappeared when we tried to claim back, no response to e-mails or phone calls

After charging me multiple times unlawfully six months ago and refunding the charges after I confronted the company, they promised to cancel the subsciption I had unknowingly signed up for.

Now I've just found out they charged me a further five times (GBP 19 each transaction) after that incident.

This ia a fraudulent outfit.

This is a scam. Thought I was buying a pillowcase but you are actually agreeing to a subscription. My pillowcase has ended up costing me £90. AVOID. Snoozy are criminals. Plus the pillowcase is rubbish.

Did get sent a lovely silk pillowcase for £29 with postage in August But since then I’ve been charged twice £19 in September for a so called snoozy collective membership that I never asked to join!!! I have emailed 4 times and not heard back from them so very concerned about the ethics of this company and will contact the bank.

All I wanted was to buy 1 pillowcase, and now I am signed up to a subscription by the looks of it and Snoozy are taking £19 every 2 weeks out of my account. There is no where I can see that I signed up to this and you can't log in anywhere to cancel it. I am getting no replies from the company either so have had to get in touch with my bank to claim a refund. I would avoid this company.

Stole money from my account 2 months after I made one purchase, despite not signing up to a membership of any sort, or having an account so there is no way for me to contact them. They simply keep your payment information and charge your card when they want.

Watch out for the membership! While the pillowcase is lovely, we have had six charges to our credit card because of a membership we inadvertently signed up for. This is underhanded and detracts from the overall integrity of your company. I’m requesting an apology letter and a repayment of funds, because the charges have exceeded even what the membership fees were. Unacceptable.

This website sells pillow cases and then signs purchasers up to a subscription service charging £19 every couple of weeks without their knowledge or consent. No pre contract information is provided and no confirmation that you have signed up to a subscription service. If you have had a similar experience please report transactions to your bank and report this business to the Competition and Markets Authority.

SCAMMERS!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! They send the pillows but have made up a subscription (that you are not aware of). They take £19 every 2 weeks - for no reason, benefit or explanation! Only the initial email confirming the order (no mention of the ongoing illegal debiting from your account)!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If scammed report it straight to your card provider and Watchdog!!! This needs to be stopped

I recently ordered some pillows from them and was charged £48 for a subscription I didn't want and was not notified of.

Based on another review on here seems the notification email for this has been turned off for over 2 months.

Also the only way to notice you are joining a subscription is from clicking a small question mark near the pay button with no way to opt out.

Very deceptive/scammy practices avoid this company

I regret being taken in by this company, it feels like a scam. I ordered some pillowcases in desperation that they might help my skin, as I had a terrible acne flare up due to medication I was on. If I hadn't felt so desperate maybe I would have been more suspicious about the lack of customer service phone number on their website and maybe I would have checked out the bad reviews first - about using shady practices to trap people into some kind of ongoing payment "Membership scheme". Due to experiencing serious health issues at the moment, I didn't notice that they had started taking £19 from my bank account every 14 days until they had already taken 6 payments, totalling £114! (This is above and beyond the original cost of the pillowcases). I started reading the negative reviews where people mentioned tiny small print that signs you up to their membership scheme when you purchase products. There was no detail of this on my order confirmation email from Snoozy. I looked on their website for details of the scheme and it says they take payment of £19 every 28 days. Except they've been taking £19 every 14 days with me, so they are not even keeping to their own stated terms! I've been trying to contact customer service, by email and by webchat, and nobody has replied to any of my messages. The products are ok, but I regret ever having heard of them. The company's marketing practices are very shady, customer service seems non-existent. I hope no one else gets taken in by them.

Scam to get you to sign up to a membership worth £40 a month. There is no way to buy without signing up and its in such small font it can go unnoticed.
Customer services are good in that they will refund you. But I’ve had the membership fee taken for a second time!
Just avoid. Buy elsewhere. Not worth the hassle chasing them for your money back.

My whole day is usually packed and noisy. At night, this helped carve out one space that feels still and safe.

Oh boy where to begin. So they auto enrol you in this subscription (a subscription for access to other pillow shades that costs the same price as the pillow case you've just bought, but you don't get a pillow?) so literal scam. There's no warning of this, and the email confirmation went to my spam. I contacted them and they refunded me and we're nice about it, so fine. Then after having the pillow about 6 weeks and hand washing it as per the instructions, the zip snapped off the pillow case. So I contacted them and they asked for pics which was fine, I sent them that and then they didn't reply for a week. Then I followed up and asked for an update and they came back and offered me a replacement which was great, I came back confirming the shade I wanted as my original colour was sold out. Then I was told actually no, it was my fault for washing it (as per the instructions) and as it had been more than 30 days I wasn't entitled to anything except their sorry little 'apologies they couldn't do more' when they literally offered me a replacement, but then took it away 😂 literal joke of a company, sorry excuse for customer service, sneaky subscription tactics and defective products. Also I've not seen any results skin wise either but I didn't have high hopes anyway. Steer clear.

I have been signed up to a monthly subscription of £19 per monthly without my permission. I have emailed but no response. Not even received the order I placed 2 weeks ago yet. I’ve checked all my emails and no where does it state I’ve signed up to any kind subscription also did not receive any emails about this membership! Scam!

This company is a total SCAM. I haven’t received my order and I made an order over a month ago. I have also noticed £19 being taken out of my account the other day and I had no idea. I don’t know how to cancel this because I didn’t make an account or anything. Please do not purchase from them
