I really appreciate the fast and friendly customer service. Other companies can learn from Snov.io.

It's a one stop shop app and great VFM deal, you get to find leads / prospects, verify them, warm-up your mailboxes, use linkedin automation and mailbox rotations.

I am using snov.io to warm my email up and also to decrease the spam score. Very good product and experience.

I would have given it 5 stars if not the fact that they delete all your data if you don't prolongate the subscription within 3 months. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't see a warning email in my mailbox. It is a huge loss of time and huge disadvantage of this software otherwise quite great.

My experience is still early as I haven’t started using the tool yet, but I had a call with Paulo today and it was excellent. He was extremely helpful, attentive to my needs, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He answered all my questions clearly and made it easy to trust the company thanks to his professionalism and care, They are SO lucky to have such a great team member!

Very disappointing experience with Snov.io.

The platform is built around a credit system that gets consumed quickly even when no usable data is returned. In my case, many searches produced no emails at all, yet credits were still deducted. For small local businesses like dental clinics, the database results were often irrelevant or incomplete.

The interface is also unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming to work through compared with other outreach tools. What should be a simple workflow ends up taking far longer than expected.

To make matters worse, once credits are used the company’s refund policy leaves you with no recourse, even if the tool doesn’t deliver meaningful results for your use case.

In my opinion, the value simply doesn’t justify the cost, especially for anyone targeting small local businesses rather than large corporate datasets.

I have never seen such a bad application in my life.

It’s nowhere near comparable to Apollo — it’s that bad.

I’ve never regretted buying an app this much before.

It took hours of my time and the result was zero!

Neither the prospect feature nor the campaign creation is good. Bad, bad, bad!

Don’t throw your money away!

The implementation manager, Yuliia was quite helful in explaining my doubts regarding the application navigation.

I subscribed specifically to enrich leads in the local home services industry (cleaning companies, small businesses with 1-25 employees across the US). After integrating your API and running tests on 20 real business leads with valid websites, the results were:

• Domain search: 0 emails found (0/20)
• Email finder by name: 0 emails found (0/20)
• Total useful results: zero

I then tested the same 15 leads on a competitor platform and received emails for 11 of them (73% hit rate). This confirmed the issue is specifically with Snov.io's coverage for my target segment, not with the leads themselves.

I contacted them several times, no answers, no support at all but several AI cold emails of useless welcome.
I applied for refund now and hopefully I can get my money back.
