I love the support this marketing platform brings - I am a young business admin running marketing campaigns for a small business, and I have had the best and easiest time setting up my flows, I feel like a pro. Customer support is literally always available, so if I ever run into any issues or have a strategy question - they are always on it.

I am new to this program and do not know my way around it. Fernando did a great job helping me with navagating the software to help me find a saved search.

Solved the Problem in the matter of minutes, really appreciate the help.

Snov.io is very straightforward to use and if you are a new Start Up - Having a tool that’s very out of the box is a big plus. The staff are all very friendly.

Just wish there were more integrations into Snov.io - in this area it is slightly lacking.

Really outstanding support from Fernando, in addition to a great product from start to finish.

Website cancellation flow is definitely a "dark pattern" - there are 5 different conflicting cancellation buttons, then you are prompted to "chat with an agent" to cancel, but they force you to provide a reason then play silly games acting confused about your request to cancel if you refuse to provide one. Violates laws in several localities (including mine, the address easily accessible to them via my account) so I can only imagine what other laws these guys willingly violate just to make a quick buck.

Huge free features. Good for a beginner like me!

I started using snov because they were Ukrainian. I stayed because it's an amazing product.

It's super easy to use, very straightforward and, whenever I'm unsure about something I just ask their team and they quickly reply.

There are platforms that treat you differently if you are on a lower tier. Not Snov. Their customer service is amazing throughout.

To make it even better, they're one of the most affordable out there. For all the features that they offer, it's a steal really.

Took me a minute to figure out how it works, but once I set it up, it all works great. Chat support helped a lot. They answered all my questions.

They keep sending me emails that I did not request. There is not even a unsubscribe link on them.
